"I ordered 6 chair covers and then immediately discovered that the covers would not fit my chairs. I tried to cancel and the cancellation was denied. I received a big box and 1 chair cover in the box. I called customer service and told them I do not want the other covers but they refused to cancel and said they would send the other 5 covers. After a couple of weeks I received an email saying the covers are back ordered until October. I’ve tried to get them to refund my money and cancel the back ordered covers since I don’t want them. They are refusing to do so. Do no order from this customer. You will not get any resolutions through customer service. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any on line company."

Will deal with it. Furniture marker, super glue and turn to best side. Didn’t want to wait again and it drag out. Again, customer service was great."

They offer Free Returns on their Google listing, their home page , on each product page and verbally on the phone. I had to pay $22.18 for return shipping for 2 pillows that had loose threads.
