"I ordered a 42 Watt LED Spa light, and received a 8 Watt spa LED spa light. Their order confirmation shows 42W, the linked product spec says 42watts, the pictures are all of the 42watt bulb. They say it is my fault, I should know that the spa light is only 8 watts!!!!! ???? There is no mention anywhere of 8 watts. I have had 38 email communications and another 8+ phone calls to deal with this. I want them to either send me 42watt light, or take care of return shipping and not charge me restocking fee... It has taking probably 6 hours out of me time to deal with the morons working for this company. I don't know how this store gets this high reviews here, all other sites give them a 1 to 1.5 rating on a scale to 5 indicating it is a serious problem.
