"Bought. Pool heat pump that was not clearly described on the site. Paid over $2,000. When it arrived found out that it did not cool. Called and I agreed to pay to have it shipped back ($400) I return for only $1500 refunded for the new equipment (restocking fee). Estes express delivered the equipment , in new condition, back to their warehouse in 2 days. After 3 weeks I called since I had not been refunded. After numerous phone calls with. Promise to be called by a manager, I finally filed a case with the Florida BBB. The company responded that the equipment was damaged so they were not refunding anything (and they have the equipment). BBB CLOSED THE CASE as 'company responded and customer not satisfied' (no help at all). These people are crooks and will steal thousands of dollars from you if they get the chance. DO NOT, DO NOT do business with them unless you want your money stolen!!!!"
"We called and talk to a person before making our final decision. We specifically asked if the things we were ordering was all that is needed to convert our pool to saltwater. The man said yes, so a few days later we ordered. When it got here, it was just the electrical box. We called an asked about the missing parts and was told that those were not included, the picture was just an example of what all the box itself connects to. We specifically asked if we needed anything else and the man said everything was included under that part number. The most recent man we talked to made us out to be idiots and did not want to negotiate. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE"

I spent $2195.00 for a pool heater but when it arrived it was missing parts inside the shipping crate that you could not see. The heater was shipped missing parts! After 17 emails and 26 phone calls (this is the exact number, not an exaggeration) they won't even return my calls or emails. The heater is sitting in my garage with dust on it! Order date was May 22, 2015 and today is July 22 2015. PLEASE BEWARE!! I'm working with my credit card company now to dispute the purchase. "
"The Aquabot ordered stopped working after about 4-5 uses (3 weeks) I called on Monday and returned the information they required via email to get a return shipping label on Tuesday, two days later I am still waiting on my return label. I cannot get a replacement until they receive the faulty one back again, so added delay is very not helpful. Pool season in VT is very short, I bought the Aquabot to help with cleaning the pool, if I am without it for over two weeks that is extremely unhelpful and by the time the replacement comes back there might not be enough time to even work out if it can last more than 3 weeks!"
