My only complaint is that my last order was placed on September 3, 2010 but was not shipped out until September 15, 2010, 12 days later. If my orders were to be shipped in a more timely fashion I would recommend anyone to use Baby Food Zone. "Goodness, where do I begin...
I was beyond excited that I found this website to order my daughters formula in bulk. I ordered 6 cans of formula and a huge pack of diapers (I spent a decent amount of money) but was sure I was going to use this site for the rest of my daughters infancy. Wrong. I received my order (after 3 phone calls) 2 weeks later; 2 cans opened and 3 dented w/ formula powder all over all the cans. I called very upset, and they said they would ship me 2 free cans for the ones that were opened. It is August 18th and I still have not received them. I've called 4 times and they claim they will be sent each phone call. What a disappointment...Looks like Ill be going back to the store for my items!"
