I ordered baby formula on March 16th and after several days of not receiving notification of shipment I called and left a message and was promised a return call the next business day. Never happened. I e-mailed customer service and got a response that the shipment was lost and would be replaced "soon". I still have not received word that the order has been shipped and it is now 16 days later and no one will answer my calls or e-mails. I filed a complaint with the BBB against the company. "I ordered my baby's formula through babyfoodzone.com. After 7 days and no email showing my order was being shipped, I emailed the company to find out when it would ship since it still showed as "processing". Although their voicemail system states they will return all phone calls and emails within 24 hours, I did not receive a return email the following day. So I called and left a message, still no return call. 12 days after my order was placed, and 2 emails and 3 phone calls later, I still have not heard back from them. I have disputed the charge with my credit card in an effort to receive a refund of the $125 I spent. I can't believe any of the positive comments on this site. They must have been made from employees/owners of the company in an effort to improve reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, it seems like a hoax!"
