"I called to place parts order to avoid any mistake on exact parts needed. Talked with agent while we both looked at online diagrams and she told me it was better to let her key it rather than me entering it online. Well, she entered wrong part no., arrived 6 weeks later. I called to explain what happened and was told I needed to enter return claim on their sites return wizard. I did so and went back and forth over a week before being told I have to cover return shipping and pay a restocking fee of 25% of 175 all due to 100% THEIR MISTAKE AND NOT MINE! Bottom line is I will NEVER again use them and recommend to everyone in my bike club to never use them and spread the word. Sad thing is I'm loyal and have only used them in past multiple times so they hosed over a long time repeat customer with no regrets. Stay away from Babbitts!"

"On August 25th I made an order for a large list of spare parts for my KTM engine. A few days later got two emails with a links to google forms stating that there were not available two items (2 pcs each) and I was asked to choose to "leave the order open and wait for these parts", "cancel these items and return money for them", or "cancel the whole order". Since these were the timing chain guides, and I have them and they are practically not worn out, I chose "Cancel the backordered item (s) and ship the rest of the order". After some time, there was a confirmation of the dispatch in which there were not only those two items, but also two items more that are important to me. In addition, there was one type of guides in the packing list (which were not) in the amount of 1 piece. Why they ask about my decision, dunno? No one reply my two emails regarding this order. But last week they sent a quality assessment form. According to the results of filling it out, someone contacted me and said that all four positions are missing and it is not known when they will be. This was the last email I received from them. I sent two more emails in which I asked for at least a refund (~150USD) for missing items. Both of these emails went unanswered. I'll have to go to my bank for a chargeback. I advise you not to order in this store. You will waste time and lose money. And the customer support is terrible."
