"After talking with them about an issue with my UTV they said i had the wrong part. They said i needed a new part i ordered. I paid $40 for Priority shipping. It took more than 7 days to arrive and the part was exactly what i already had. Not only did they not take it back they refused to credit the shipping. All they kept saying is they strive to do better. I will be filing against them. Will not be ripped off. Stay away"

"So I order a throttle lever! 25.00 dollar part in Canada but on back order. I pay 50.00US express shipping. Supposed to be here on Feb 9th, it’s now Feb 26th and still no part. I phone and complain they actually pony up and refund 30.00 of the 50.00 but I need to call FedEx myself because once they ship it, it’s not their problem. I call FedEx, they blame weather and tell me to call Babbits.
I waste more of Dave’s time by calling Babbits back, still not their problem call FedEx.
FedEx says oh we think the part left last night! (Not really positive though). Moral of the story, support local, place an order for the back order and wait for your local dealer to supply you and put these people out of business. "
