If others purchase from reputable sellers within bstock you won’t have an issue with scammers. There are a lot of scammers selling on bstock but big companies like Walmart, Target, etc are not crooks.
Every problem I’ve encountered I created and they fixed within mins. A+ for customer service and A+ on services rendered. We DO NOT purchase electronic items on here unless the seller is reputable. Once you release your payment to a potential scammer it takes forever to get it back. Bstock will work with you and help you out. Don’t buy blindly and ruin the reputation of a company if you don’t know what you’re doing or who you’re purchasing from. "
"B- Stock is an absolute scam and a predatory company that victimized small american businesses and companies by falsely advertising defective goods. They use fake pictures of seemingly nice product (new iPhones, samsung galaxies), misleading buyers, but the products arrive broken with missing pieces and not at all as pictured. The way they set up their bidding is predatory as well. With normal bidding, the seller sets the time and the highest bidder wins once the time runs out. B- stock keeps adding time if the seller is not satisfied with the bids, and even when the time runs out and it is obvious you were the highest bidder, they will send you an email saying you lost the bid. The worst part, however, is that if you dare complain about their unethical behavior, their so called “customer service” team led by a Sonja Nitschke will threaten to shut your account down and seize some of the money if you make a public complaint . Our first amendment right protects our right to speak out if we feel that we are being preyed on and treated unethically by a company. Sonja and B-stock openly violate that right, threatening you and your company to the point where you fear making a complaint. I am taking the risk and unveiling to the public the truth of what goes on behind how B- stock operates their business because I do not want other people and business owners to go through what I have gone through and lose money. Stay away from the B- stock bidding scam."

"I spent 17k on a load of JCpenn in July. When it shipped we got a email telling us "we missed the mark and not all items will fit on the truck". We ask for the items to be shipped and was then told items are lost and can not be shipped. We have not been able to recover items or credit. What items we did get we lost money on because JCpenn blows up the manifest. A item manifested for $7000 is only really a $2100 item. The load listed as being over twice what it was really worth. "

They take your money and ship you garbage, useless products. Terrible customer service, ineffective dispute process and they set up FAKE INSURANCE COVERAGE YOU PAY FOR THAT DOES NOT SERVE ITS INTENDED PURPOSE; JUST A COMPLETELY RIPOFF COMPANY. Bought sets of 23 phones, received total 14 phones and were garbage,not even one was salvageable. LOST MY $1,500 INVESTMENT with no way of recuperating anything back. They sold me empty shell phones, the inside of the phone were completely stripped of its interior contents and shipped me shell phones. I filed a dispute and was ignored for about a week, started emailing customer services, whom responded that i should contact their dispute contracted company, they claimed was not part of b-stock and that they are not affiliated with them, therefore, telling me they can't be of any help to me. 9 days later their fake dispute center whom handles insurance coverage responded and told me they cannot do anything for me. the seller from TX, LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING SAID ON LISTING. I PROVIDED HARD COPY PROVES AND IT MEANS NOTHING TO ANYONE, INSTEAD BSTOK FAKE INSURANCE COMPANY ASKED ME TO FILE A CLAIM WITH SELLER FED EX ACCOUNT-SELLER SHIPPING COMPANY, when order were delivered in sealed non tampered box. first, i am the buyer, only the account holder can file a claim, bstock fake insurance company provided me an instructions on how to still file a fake claim with fedex and insisted that i file a claim with fedex, who delivered order faithfully and have nothing to do with the products the missing products or conditions. ALL IN THE ATTEMPT TO AVOID COMPENSATING ME OR PAYING ME COVERAGE OF MISSING PHONES. THEY CLOSE THE DISPUTE WITH NO RESOLUTION. THEY ALSO DENIED MY REQUEST TO RETURN THE ITEMS BACK TO SELLER.
DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM TAXAS SELLERS, NOT FROM BSTOCK PERIOD , YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY COMPLETELY. THEY ARE GROUPS OF THIEF'S. THEY MAKE SURE YOU WIRED FUNDS, SO YOU HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK., LEAVING YOU HELPLESS AND HOPELESS. DEPARTMENT OF STATE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ROBBERS. "bought many loads from bstock and had several experience with them, more bad then good. the last 5 loads i purchased from them were described scratch and dent appliances which means never used open box items. i payed $17k for one load and all the products had cut cables, missing parts, used ..COMPLETE JUNK. i had to scrap out the entire load, and bstock did nothing. i told them to send another truck to pick up the product or ill ship it back to them..they told me NO RETURns. i also purchased some loads which was WORKING TESTED and payed $31k for it ...i had the most expensive units tested again to make sure they are working properly and come to find out they didnt even test them because they were not working and cant figure out the problems they have. do your self a favor dont let these crooks take your money. they dont care how much money you loose.. they are letting these big stores like BEST BUY, GE APPLIANCES and other appliance manufactures sell their SCRAP product to small business and steal their hard earn money. "
"I have read many of the reviews and I empathize with resellers getting the "burn", however, my experience was quite different. I was new to B-stock and as with any new vendor I start with a small purchase. The company I choose to do business offers clothing and accessories, I was happy with my first pallets, so I went on to order another this time times shoes. Both these pallets were "returns" , the second pallet was deeply disappointing and a far cry from what I had anticipated. I contacted B-stock to give them my feedback for this merchandise, mind you I was not opening a dispute because I have been down that road with several liquidators over the years, they ask you to provide all this information and photos and you painstakingly spend hours providing all that only for them to come back with the "canned" returns disclaimer that basically says it can be in any condition (even unrecognizable) disputed closed, you lose. In those case I eat the loss, share my experience with other "resellers" and take that company off my list. When I contacted B-stock
they actually got back with a note that indicated that had read my e-mail and would pass it along to the vendor, my thought ''ok thanks at least you read it" . A week later I got another email indicating the vendor had responded and they were concerned about the condition of the products and would I provide them with supporting photos, which I just did today. I do not know if anything with come of this in regard to recouping my loss on this pallet, but at least there was a human response that indicated concern for their customer. "
"I am 12 years in Business and export Overstock clothing and shoes all over the world, i got introduced to buy a load from this online FAKE wholesaler.I spent $2000 on a bid and won the pallet, when i got the load , ALL BROKEN , TRASH, STAINED.... unusable.
Please stop buying from this buyer if you value your hard earning money, I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS COMPANY , AND hopefully we'll see them in court.

"Recently I bid on an auction,i saw that i am winning(I just joined the platform) I checked the detail of items and saw that items are extremely broken and defectice. Before auction ends I sent massage to seller and bstock to cancel my bid. Seller said contact with bstock. I got message from them which forced me to pay. I called their supervisor cs and emailed them. 3 phone calls 10 email etc. They said pay 400 dollar. I said what? I contacted you I called cs I sent email. Did you sell an item to me? Did you give me a service? You asking 400 for what? Reinstatement of what? They are thieves not seller be careful and don't join this thieves group. Go buy in eBay no headache. Also, they ask wire transfer? Why? People can pay up to 3000 5000 without white transfers moron! These people are not "US" minded people. BE CAREFUL!"
"Got my first load today. It was 4 pallets of absolute garbage. Smashed lawnmowers. All the pressure washes were missing the hoses and wants. Most of the stuff had labels stating "doesn't work". This is a heavy blow as I'm trying to start a new business. Out of 4 pallets it looks like 15÷ is good enough to sell. Not even good enough to make back my $2000. These guys are the sun of the earth. I hope you read these warning and take them to heart. Out of 46 reviews they have a 1 out of a possible 10. Wish I would have read that before trading my cash for garbage. "
"Bstock is the place you going to get ripped off 120% . I was one of the idiots that purchased 3 auctions from Bstock and got ripped off all 3 times and there insurance is fake as fake as no insurance and they will deny you claim no matter if you are right or wrong. one example I purchased 1000 unit of jawbone UP2 health tracker wristbands as new and fully functional and come to find out that jawbone had shot down there server and went out of business and all of there products were supposed to be disposed not for sale because you can not turn on the wristband tracker without connecting to there server so none of jawbone product past or present can be used they are useless and none functional. however the seller still selling jawbone products on Bstock supply even though I warned Bstock supply about the seller but they do not care they as crocks as the seller so please do not do not waste your hard earned money on that website and do not purchase any of jawbone products or anything because you are going to throw them straight to the dumpster or you can sell them and destroy your name on ebay or amazon. basically it's lose lose situation no matter what you purchase from B-STOCK SUPPLY SO PLEASE DON'T BE AS IDIOT AS ME AND WASTE $3.000
and to prove that bstock supply is a rip off and thieves after there fake insurance denied my claims as always the seller still has the same rating and showing zero disputes against the seller and that's total miss leading so buyers can feel comfortable to buy and get ripped off.
b-stock supply is the place to sell products that's not allowed to be sold on other good websites so again please please do not waste your hard earned money and just dump it in the dumpster (b-stock).
ALL JAWBONE PRODUCTS WAS RECALLED AT END OF 2017 AND DID NOT KNOW BECAUSE I ASSUMED BSTOCK WILL NEVER ALLOW RECALLED PRODUCT TO BE SOLD ON THERE WEBSITE TILL I FOUND OUT THEY ARE AS SCAMMER AS THE SELLER

"I was so excited to get my product. But when I noticed pallets missing and every item I opened defective, not a return but TRASH can salvage. This listing should have stated salvage load non working. I spent 2400 for a donation cant get my money back. STAY away from BSTOCK SOLUTIONS. They sell trash and you will lose your money. That why they do wires so you cant get your money back. They sell TRASHHHHHHHHHHHH save your money."
