"I spent $2385 on 3 shipping orders that all came in one truckload. They ended up giving me $125 in credit. That is just RIDICULOUS. Mathematically that makes no sense. I overpaid $1k-1.5k for shipping and all they gave me was $125. The longer and longer I am a customer with B-stock, the more I realize they are not a long term viable option. "

"I bought multiple times Amazon returns. Last shippment , which i payed 14k eur for had 50% of products completely broken or different then what was written in the manifest. After contacting bstock they sayed that the manifest is there just to get an ideea of what you get. The products have papers in wich amazon states it is a different product that what should have been. I do not recommend, you can not get any kind of refund. Amazon scam partners"

"I have used them in the past and never had much trouble. Ever since Covid hit they started getting sloppy and even more sloppy in the way they handle orders. They started to not ship out what was on the manifest list and when you complain they tell you it’s the retailers fault. They don’t want to give you your money back. They will hide behind their rules but I would be extremely careful investing a dime with these shady people. They need shut down. I never though I would say this but the government should step in and close them down. They are robbing people. "
"I won an auction, paid these scumbags and never received my order. Turns out when you begin reading their terms and conditions you have some guarantees from bstock. These are real guarantees from bstock, go look for yourself. They guarantee if you pay and never receive your order they aren't responsible. Bstock guarantees the manifests are fraudulent and do not have to contain the items listed. Bstock guarantees the merchandise doesn't have to match the description. Bstock guarantees the retail pricing on the manifests can be fraudulent. Bstock guarantees they offer zero buyer protection and no customer service if there's an issue.
Bstock is by far the most unethical company I've ever ran into. It's basically a racketeering fraud outfit engaged in and enabling outright theft. The Feds don't regulate liquidation so your only choice is just stay away."
"Paid for an auction of 200 major appliances. When the truck arrived we had nothing but mangled metal and broken glass, nothing repairable, essentially scrapped the whole truck. Got things like used garbage disposals, plumbing supplies, rv A/C parts, used boilers and heaters that we have no idea what to do with. Whoever packed the truck did it with no concern for what they were packing, everything was broken and buckled. Now B-Stock is hiding behind the definition of salvage. This was not salvage, we've done this before with another company, and although there were some appliances that were no good, we did get quite a few that could be repaired. Nothing but trash that we had to haul away."
"This company is the worst marketplace out there. Stay away unless you want to loose your money and time. Shipping quotes are totally inaccurate. Quote I was given was $430 and the actual shipping was $1800. They said the quote is just a quote. STAY AWAY"
"For the second time they canceled my order, one of them coming from America which already with the transport almost heading to the supplier's address, I was left with all the harm, for them it was as if nothing had happened, until for each canceled order by the supplier they receive a 5%. I let it pass, they took a while to return my money, there being no apology whatsoever.
Second time amazon decides to cancel my purchase and I see that this stock is in Hungary. This is a crime, if I won the bid, they cannot accept it and place the sale again. But as I've seen here in the comments and on other sites, it's a completely normal policy for this company. I've read complaints of threats by employees to customers for making complaints, mobile phones that were stolen and were offered for sale by this company, counterfeit product for sale, that is, a completely criminal conduct that we cannot as individuals in a society pass up in White.
But let's get back to my situation. After canceling my order, they haven't returned my money to this day, it's been more than four months and the excuses are endless.
Authentic theft, lack of respect, ethics and fraud are associated with this company that says we are not their customers, but negotiators, thinking that there is no legislation to combat them. But they are wrong!
Yes, there is legislation for all these crimes that are being stopped and the data policy that we accept, has nothing to do with these events that are a crime in the eyes of the law.
I want mine close to €3500 in my account.
