"Very unhappy. I ordered Xecuter 2.6 from BMMODS on Feb. 17, they said it was backordered and would be sent in 1-2 weeks. I have sent three emails to customer service in the last 10 days with no response. It has bee one month and still nothing. I am very unhappy and will not pay the 6% restocking fee if they do not ship my order. I will NEVER buy from them again and I will tell my buddies to shop elsewhere. Customer service is non-existant and they do not have a telephone number."

"I ordered a xenium SP ICE knowing that it was backordered, I waited a good 3 weeks before cancelling, they wanted to charge a 6% fee. Which is pretty dumb imho. I disupted that out of principle, stating that they promised the backordered product to be in stock in 1-2 weeks. Chadd (the customer service rep) emailed me back stating that a refund should soon follow. That was a month ago. And today I recieved an email that stated that my ordered was declined... WTF!!?!? I replaced the debit card I had used for some unrelated issue. And I stated this in the ticket. These people are ridiculious, they have the audacity to charge my credit card before they even have any of the product in. AND THEN TRY TO PROCESS THE ORDER AGAIN WHEN THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED ME 2 MONTHS EARLIER. I don't understand this. I can't seem to find a direct phone number to talk to a human being. I am VERY dissatisfied and annoyed. BEWARE"
"Order on December 7, 2005. Item was backordered, but BMMods said it would ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Contacted them after 3 weeks, BMMods said it would ship within the next week. Contacted them 2 weeks later, BMMods said next week definitely. Contacted them 1 week later and asked they cancel the order --6% "processing" fee to cancel!? Waited another week for the credit, then disputed the charge via my credit card company. I wouldn't order from them again, esp. any item that is backordered."

"THE WORST company I have ever bought from. I ordered my chip back in January and still have not recieved it 3 months later. Every email that I send them seems to be replied by the same person, CHADD. I knew the item was on backorder when I ordered and expected it to be about 1-2 weeks for my chip. After about 3 months of waiting and disputing with them I still have NO CHIP OR MONEY! They said that my xenium ice chip would be switched to xenium gold. I have gotten frustrated waiting for this chip so I asked for a refund, and on top of that, theyre gonna charge me a "nominal fee" for processing?! I would avoid this company at all costs. They customer service is the worst because they have no direct number to call and do not respond to emails in a timely manner. "
"Installed the light version of the SmartXX LT OPX chip for a friend. Nothing speedy about shipping, but nothing to complain about. Packaging for the chip was a sucky bag in a box, but that's the fault of the chip manufacturer. Aside from that, the chip kicked ass!"
