"Happy with my experience. I bought a set of cooking grates for my 80's Weber Genesis. Very solid stainless steel construction, made in the USA. I doubt I will ever have to replace them. I ordered them on a Sunday and they were delivered within a week. Product was well-packed to prevent shipping damage.

I get the impression this is a one-man operation and he probably doesn't want to deal with a bunch of emails, just sell and ship some great products. I have no complaints.

"No fuss, No muss, just good service and delivery as promised. The advertised deal on these Weber Stainless Steel grates was everything I expected and more. Brand new grates in original manufacturers box ... and then BBQParts went to the extra effort to repack the manf. box in another box with padding material. That is something that almost nobody does these days ... even when you ask them to do it.

The grates were perfect, shipped very quickly, packed great, no problems just a good deal with great customer service.

"The received parts do not match what is on their website and two sets of burners showed up broken. Then they refused to send out another set. It seems that they know very little about their products. They at least replied to e-mails for a time. But I would avoid these guys and purchase elsewhere. You get what you pay for."

"I recommend this business 100%. This was one of the easiest transactions I've ever had. The website is bare bones but very simple. Easy to place the order and to top it off, I received quick notifications on my order submittal. I was very pleased with the shipping charge and can't believe how fast I received the parts. The quality of the flame tamers are top notch and heavy duty. "

"Hands down the worst customer service of all time. I emailed them 2 times before my purchase about a local cash deal and when my products would be shipped. Later that night I purchased over $500 of parts from their site. The next morning I woke up to a very rude email stating that they did not want to do business with me and I should shop elsewhere. I was shocked by this email due to my large purchase so I asked for an explanation. I was informed they were upset that I asked for a better price and for the items to be shipped out the next day. Next they cancelled my order. I have 700+ positive feedback on ebay and I am an amazon prime member. I make 100's of purchases a year and I have never experienced customer service like this before. I highly recommend not doing business with BBQPARTS.com. "

"Placed an order 6/30/13 3:27pm Sunday. Received the parts today 7/3/13 at 2:30pm. Needed rails, catch pan holder, catch pan, and thermometer for Weber Genisis Silver B. Great service, delivery as promised, and the order was packaged very well. No special requests made of this seller. Read the ordering instructions, and shipping rules so there were no misunderstandings. If you have toured the earlier reviews, pay attention to why there were issues on the negative ones."

"I ordered and received 3 viking grill burners for slightly more that the price of one burner direct from Viking / Hadco. The burners fit and worked perfectly. The parts were shipped within a few hours of ordering and arrived a few days later. Very quick service and even cheaper than the best price you can find on Amazon."

"This is the way a business should operate. Ordered stainless steel triple burner for my Sonoma grill, and 3 stainless steel heat plates. Arrived in 10 days, brand spankin' new, fit like a glove. At least 1/3 less than any other bbq web dealer. Quality parts, quality service. Fit right in without a hitch. Made me love my BBQ again!"

"Terrific service including price, quality, turn around time and shipping. I can’t say much more about my experience. I actually decided to use them based more on the negative feedback than the positive. High maintenance self absorbed individuals were told to go play somewhere else. "My experience with BBQParts.com is nothing short of fantastic. I ordered 3 new tube burners and 5 new knobs for my Ducane grill. Total cost was about $52, including shipping.

I received my order yesterday (in 3 business days), and that was even with me entering the wrong address which brings me to why I'm really writing this - no problems with their customer service. I emailed them to see if they could change the delivery address, and they did. Told me there was a cost associated with the change, but they'd pay for it. I told them they could charge the same card I bought the parts with and they said they would not charge my card, and they didn't - true to their word.

So for the price and the experience, this is a great site and I would not hesitate to do business with these folks again.

"These people are a joke, order some parts for a weber with special instructions to call and make sure 1 of the parts was correct. they reply with and e-mail that says :
Sorry, but as we say on the site, we do not offer phone service.
Suggest you call Weber Customer Service at 1-***-***-****. They may be
able to advise or assist. Their customer service address is 200 E Daniels,
Palatine IL 60067.

We will cancel this order. Your card has not been charged. Please place a
new order when you have determined the correct parts for your grill.

"They(or he/she) certainly runs a spartan operation. No frills -- but if you know what you're looking for -- and if you find what you need here -- it'll be quality and it'll be very reasonable in price.

I've just completed my 2nd purchase from bbqparts.com. The parts were perfect and exact. The shipping was timely. And the price was outstanding! I was able to practically rebuild my Weber Genesis for 1/5 the price of a new one. (Man those things are pricey!)

No experience with having to deal with customer service -- so I can't speak to that... but the price is right and the quality is top notch. 2 flawless purchases in 2 years. I hope they're still around in 10 years when I need to replace parts again.

"Has to be the funniest order experience I've ever had. Ordered parts for my weber grill on a Friday, a week before labor day weekend. On the order there is only a notes field to write something, so I asked if the order could be shipped out that day, so I could have it in time to cook on Labor Day Weekend. (was only 1 box) Received a confirmation of the order a couple of hours later but no info on shipping, so I asked again when it would be shipped. On Sunday, these Jokers e-mailed me that it would ship Monday or Tuesday and they needed a confirmation that that was ok before they ship. I e-mailed back saying it was and that Monday was better than Tuesday, since it's coming from Florida to NY.
I get an e-mail back on Monday morning at 10:40am that it will ship Monday. Then 4 minutes later a second e-mail saying that on they changed their minds and will not sell to me because I ignored their shipping policy on their site and that it's best if I buy elsewhere!
If it wasn't so funny, I'd be angry. But judging by the other reviews, these people are a joke.
Save your time and order from reputable places.

"I ordered a part for a grill through this site and a month later had not yet received my shipment.
We tracked the package through UPS as it made it to a UPS distribution site near our home, then tracked it as it was shipped back. I don't know if this was a UPS problem or problem with the shipper (we receive packages almost daily from UPS) but regardless, I was terribly unhappy with how this company chose to handle this order. 6 weeks after my original order, they simply refunded my money and said they couldn't diagnose what went wrong with UPS and thus couldn't ship the part back to me. Somebody somewhere is looking at a spreadsheet wondering why sales are down. I tried to spend my money with this company and they wouldn't let me.
