"I wasn't sure about the website and ordered one stainless steel heat plate for our Fire Magic, the price was half the price of Fire Magic. The order came in today and it fit the barbeque perfectly. I just ordered the other two stainless steel heat plates. I would highly recommend them, they delivered the product very well packaged and dimensions matched the origianl."

"Ordered parts for my Jenn Air grill -- replaced all cast iron burners and heat shields. Grill is 7 years old and parts had just deteriorated.

Parts ordered on Sunday, arrived at our house on Wednesday and had everything installed in time for supper that night. Shipping cost $6.95 and the parts were all less than every other site.

Great service, would use them again and would recommend them!

"Below is an order I placed today with BBQParts.com. It seems that if you send too many questions (one email was a "thank you" on my part for my initial question)they get concerned about providing customer satisfaction and then they lack confidence in the products and service they provide. As a result, you can get your order canceled which was the case with me.

My emails were:

- One email was a simple "thank you" in response to an initial inquiry I sent via their website.
- One email asked if instructions came with the parts
- One email stating that I placed an order (ok, that email was probably not needed)
- One email asked if sometimes deliveries come a day or two earlier.

That was it.

Now after as little as that, they're concerned that I will not be satisfied?! Their refusal to sell to me is 100x worse than whatever they could have done had they sent me my order.

What is also irksome, is that there is no contact phone# for BBQParts.com, which means they can hide if there ever is a customer issue.

I've read the positive reviews for BBQParts.com, and I don't discount at all those experiences. I wish I could say the same thing, however I seemed to have gone one email too far.

I just felt compelled to share this experience because it is such bizarre behavior on their part.

Reading from the bottom up, below is BBQParts.com's reason why they canceled my order, then my asking them to reconsider, then their final answer (thanks BBQParts.com!! You're swell!!):

Biggest concern: any reputable company would post a phone number on their website in case there were questions. Company needs to listen and adjust

"5 Stars! I ordered new flavorizer bars and grates for my 11 year old Weber. One thing that sets BBQParts ahead of others is that they give the dimensions of the parts you are odering. I found the same model numbers at Lowe's and Home Depot but not the correct dimensions. Same goes with other web sites. Once I found BBQParts, I of course continued to look around, but came back and placed my order. I ordered on Thursday and received my parts in Pennsylvania on Tuesday. New parts in manufacturers packaging. Additionally, I read reviews of BBQParts and the only negatives I could find, were from people who were asking them to ship out of the country or express ship. Things that it clearly states on the the web site that they don't do. I appreciate the straight forwardness and the fact that all of my questions can be answered simply by reading the info on the home page. If you're looking for grill replacement parts, this is your place. If you want special attention, keep looking. "

"I ordered a burner for my 12+ year old Thermos (made by Charbroil) BBQ. I had ordered the burner once before (6 years ago) from the Charbroil parts website (grillparts.com). When I again needed a new one, Charbroil had discontinued the part, and had none in stock. Searching the internet, I found BBQPARTS.COM, and even though they didn't list my Thermos model, I was able to find the burner by looking up the part number. It was still available, and less expensive than what I paid six years ago!
Shipping time from Fl. to Ca. was 11 days (would have been 10 days if UPS didn't delay it a day). I will definately do business with BBQPARTS.com when I need parts for my current of future grills!

"Ordered a Set of 3 - Cast iron burners for Member's Mark grills from BBQParts. Burners arrived quickly and in great condition. BBQParts provided a quality product at a fair price and with reasonable shipping charges. No surprises which is what I expect. One thing to be aware of however is that the burners weren't exactly the same width as the ones they replaced. This necessitated a slight modification at the rear of the grill where the burners abut the flame tamers. The modification was easily accomplished with the aid of a handheld grinder and safety glasses. I suppose it could also be done with a hacksaw but would require a bit more effort. These burners may fit perfectly in other, newer, Members Mark grills. Considering the price, shipping chargers, and excellent service received from BBQParts I'd use them again without hesitation. "

"I ordered replacement parts for my Bakers & Chefs grill that I bought several years ago from Sams Club. The prices at BBQParts.com were the best I found anywhere. "Very good. Much better priced than local store for Weber flavor bars and grills. Was a bit hesitant because not many ratings and no phone number to call a problem but took a chance. Glad I did.

"BBQParts is one of the few that keep their word. I ordered my Weber grill parts on Sunday, 5/31/09. They shipped and charged my Visa on 6/2/09. I received my order on 6/8/09. No problems, no tie ups, no excuses, only good service. Delivered as promised - now, I like that.

"I disassembled my Ducane gas grill expecting to have the failed parts replaced under the Ducane lifetime warranty. While researching this I found that Ducane had gone bankrupt and was purchased by Weber Grills who no longer would honor the warranty. BBQParts.com to the rescue. Not only did they have the needed parts in stock, they were priced significantly lower than any other seller I could find. Shipping was very reasonable and the correct parts were delivered less than 48 hours after I placed my order. I commend them for not taking advantage of Ducane grill owners who were left hanging."
