"I ordered their Victory gas grill. It was delivered ahead of schedule. Assyria was easy enough for me to do buy myself. About 1 1/2 hrs. Fired up the grill and it works great so far. I did have an issue with the sear burner going out after a few minutes. Called their customer service and they gave me a few things to try which didn't work. Called back and they sent a replacement sear burner assembly right out. I installed it and this one seems to be working fine. No hassle service. The sear burner not working the first time is why a 4 and not a 5."
