I was able to add several items to my Weber Smokefire order and shipped it all at once. The freight company called me the day before, to see if there were any special instructions on my end. I asked them to leave it close to the garage (pretty far away from the road). They sat it right between my truck and the garage in a prefect location. All of my items came wrapped and strapped to a pallet with my smoker. Nothing was damaged at all.

Because of my early experience with them, I had confidence that it would be a quality product and I was not disappointed. It is heavy-weight and just has the feel of quality. I have mostly assembled the grill but have to wait for someone to help me lift the top part into place so have not fired it up. Can't wait.
