"I purchased Benefit They're Real mascara. When I finally received my order, the mascara was different. It had a flimsy wand, the mascara was goopy and got on my clothes and hand. "They are selling fake cologne in fake bottles!!!!!! So I had no reason to think this was a fake company or poorly run company until my package arrived. I was so excited to receive my bottle of creed Aventus. I opened it immediately. It was in the cellophane but I noticed the glue did not seem to hold very well on the bottom of the wrapping. As I opened the wrapping and the box from the bottom and remove the bottle I thought everything was fine but I did notice that the color of the cologne was not the same as my current bottle of creed. I thought perhaps it was an issue of formulation. I did not initially notice anything wrong with the bottle it look like a creed bottle the box had markers with batch numbers and UPC codes. So I sprayed the cologne and it is not creed at all but it is not a knock off trying to be greedy it is literally just something that is water down with some type of pineapple sent. It is kind of an insult to receive this bottle that I paid $180. I'm very surprised that they would have customer service only through their website and do not offer cash refunds. Really a refund to my credit card. I Will wait the 72 hours for them to respond with the refund details but I cannot except store credit when I have no confidence of anything else that they sell is going to be real authentic and not junk. I need someone to contact me and give me good customer service to prevent this problem from escalating. My goal is to put them out of business if they sell authentic products and get cash refunds win products are not authentic."
"Bargain Light has a very nice working website. It is a discount product line for body beauty including fragrance. There is no telephone number. Everything is handled through their website. It is important to create an account with User Name and Password before buying anything. You will have 14 days to return anything you buy. And you would have to do it using their website. If you do not create an account before buying, you will not be able to access your order after you buy it. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after ordering. Most larger companies will have a program that assures you that your order is being processed with a quickly sent e-mail that details what you have ordered. I did not create an account, that means there was no way I could confirm my order was being processed. The money was removed from my debit account. That was the only way I was assured that something did happen. I ordered on May the 19th and received the item the first week of July. That is more than the customary 30 days. I was satisfied with the item I ordered from them. "
"I received my bottle of Creed Aventus in the mail today excited about my purchase. Needless to say I was immediately disappointed. I opened the package which was nicely wrapped but when i got to the box it was wrapped in cellophane(RED FLAG.) after I removed the cologne from the box the top immediately came off (RED FLAG).I located the batch numbers on the bottle and box which were a good sign of authenticity but after checking the bottle out closely I noticed several other signs of the cologne being fake Creed was not engraved on the top of the sprayer(RED FLAG).The sprayer atomizer is not white as it should be(RED FLAG) The leather label had bubbles in it and was placed crooked(RED FLAG). After spraying the cologne I was even more disappointed at the weak and poor imitation of the Aventus scent. I feel foolish for this purchase and to make matters worse I've ordered the Creed Silver mountain water which hasn't arrived yet but I will assume that this will be fake as well!!!!! I am highly disappointed with this purchase. Bargainlight dropped the ball big time with this Customer thanks for the lesson!!!! "
