"We always check this site first if we want something because their prices are really lower than other places almost always. I got 2 Mia 2 cleansers for the price about half price a couple weeks ago and got the order right away no trouble and they were brand new sealed retail condition. "I placed a couple orders with them during the last month and both came fast. Most recently I got some Yeti mugs and they got here in under a week for free shipping so that was pretty good. Their prices are much lower for most items compared to anywhere else so that was really the main draw. I have to say though the customer service was very good and the replies to my emails always came from a real person and actually were very helpful. "

"I have tried calling to check on my order it's a recording and you can't leave a message and the recording hangs up. I have also called a couple of the organizations BargainLight has listed. I found out BargainLight does not have permissions to use these logos so they are obviously using them without permissions. If I don't see my product within the next week I plan on filing a claim with MasterCard. Always make sure the images at the bottom of a website go to the actual website for instant Geotrust it's not linked back to Geotrust it is just an image they have at the bottom of the website. I would say extremely poor customer service from Bargainlight. "
"I ordered two Samsung Wireless Charger Pads and chose to expedite the shipping. After two weeks I sent an email and the next day I received an email stating the expedited shipping is 2-4 business days which meant I should have received my package already. I then sent another email and they waited until the next day to send me a tracking number. I tracked the package for a couple of days then called the post office in NY where it was supposed to be shipped off. The post office worker told me that ten other people got the same email as I did and the packages where never shipped from there. BargainLight does not have a phone number to reach them and the only other way to contact them is an email. I hope they enjoy that $42.89 because it will be the last they see from me. God doesn't like ugly and what goes around comes right back around. For those of you who received your item I feel good, but for those like me who where taken advantaged of I feel your pain. I will be buying things through PayPal from now on."
