"We are an American firm based in Europe.
We bought 10 laptops from Intechra (azatek.com).
I have an invoice clearly stating what I was supposed to receive.
Whatever I received is not similar to what I have ordered and thus there will be a loss involved.
3 of the laptops where to have 15" screens – we got 14.1” instead. That means I have to come to an agreement with clients to either give back a refund or install additional software at my own expense.
2 of the laptops where badly scratched whereas seller promised to send me Grade A laptops. I will have to sell those laptops at a much cheaper rate because in no way they fall under the category of Grade A laptops.
Laptops where supposed to include Windows Professional SP1 Certificate of Authenticity (COA - 3 of them have Windows 2000 (COA) which do not work for us. Seller promised to send COA's by mail but then that will delay delivering laptops to customers.
Accordingly all the above points will cause distress to our firm especially that this is the first time we deal with laptops. We spent a lot of money on advertising so we can establish ourselves in market.
I tried communicating with Intechra for the past couple days but seems that there is no interest in correcting the problem.
I have data, pictures, DHL recorded delivery and complaint, and saved communication between me and sales person at Intechra.

"Monitor shipped quickly, well-packaged in a weird foam that looked sprayed-in, but was was effective. No DVI cable, but none was promised so that's a quibble (it did come with the analog cable and power cable)."

"It has been a while since I ordered from this company (Last November 2006), but I just created a Resellerratings account and it was time to file my experience with this company.

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, PRODUCT, AND EXPERIENCE from this company that I have ever had with any online retailer.

I received not 1 damaged monitor, not 2 damaged monitors, but 3 completely damaged monitors through this company. Every single time that I got a package, not only did it take a week to get here, the package came bashed in with holes and damage all over it. The monitor would be inside the box surrounded by 2 small bricks of styrofoam and some cardboard.

Every time I wrote an email to the service, I would get a response from a person who seemed like the only person that worked for this company in the service department. The email would be full of typos and grammar errors. It seemed to me as if the person replying to the email was very uneducated and the emails didn't have much thought put into them.

(edit: I must say that even though the emails were poorly worded and took a day for reply, they included the RMA information and return information clearly. This is the only part of service that wasn't complete garbage, but was still so/so.)

Each time FedEx or UPS would pick up the damaged package and take it back to their warehouse and I would be shipped a new monitor.

Each monitor I would get would be poorly packed in flimsy cardboard boxes without hardly any packing material and no Fragile sign or picture on the box. Each time the box would come damaged with holes in it or big bashes in the side of it. The first order I didn't even get a VGA cable included with the monitor, even though I ordered an extra one.

The 3rd monitor I received damaged I finally just gave up and wrote off the $150 as a bad mistake and purchased a monitor from somewhere else. If you have the option or the time I HIGHLY recommend to never purchase from this company if you have any choice whatsoever. I had the worst experience and the worst service you can imagine.

"First-time customer with Azatek. Ordered an NEC FE991SB 19" CRT monitor over the weekend. They wasted no time and shipped first thing on Monday. The monitor arrived a few days later via FedEx Ground very well-packed and protected. The monitor works perfectly... An excellent value for the price I paid."

"I just received a Mitsubishi monitor (22in) and a stick of memory from azatek. The monitor works great and for a good price. Compared to many local pc stores I am most satisfied with the service from azatek. The purchase was no hassle and they were willing to help me out on some issues I had with installing the memory (I'm not too computer savy). I got a recomendation from a friend for this site and will use them for my next pc related purchase.

"Bought a Dell P991 5.5 months ago. After some initial dismay about having to crank down the brightness way down to get the black point black, the monitor worked well for about 4 months. Then started getting even brighter. A call to Azatek solved the problem by explaining an undocumented menu command to reset the video amplifier settings. No argument. Just walked me through it.

Then one day, the tube goes out of focus about 4 minutes after being turned on. Turning it off/on fixed the problem, so I ignored it. With time, it took more power cycles to get focus to hold. I called Azatek. Not only did he honor the 6 month replacement 2 weeks before it expired, but he didn't require me to spend the $40 to sent the old one back. If that weren't enough, he offered to ship a much newer, and more expensive, model at no extra charge.

Great company. I will return when the need arises.

PS. Replacement arived since in great shape!

"Purchased for Work, though I'm an avid gamer. Monitor is larger than a Trinitron, but the colors were quite nice. Did see a little ghosting on white backgrounds, monitor probably has 1-3 years of life left, but very satisfied. Nervous about AzaTek after the poor ratings past little while, but order was shipped in 3 days, and recieved in well packaged box"

"After reading all the mixed reviews here I was a little worried after placing my order. I purchased a like-new 22 inch CRT monitor for a great price. "I am quite unhappy that the monitor I ordered from Azatek arrived 1 week later than was agreed upon at the time of purchase and I was unable to take delivery. After contacting Azatek I was advised that I would only be charged the origonal shipping charge and restocking fees would be waived. Assuming this does occurr as agreed I will be satisfied with the resolution.

Well, it's a month later and it turns out I had to take delivery of the monitor. It took untill today for me to get over to the delivery address in Washington and pick it up. The bottom line is that my fears were in vain. The monitor is pristine and , right out of the box, with no calibration it's awesome. Cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
