I emailed them 3 times and received no replies to any of my messages. I even tried from a different email address. Once my order actually entered the shipping phase things proceeded more quickly. My order arrived in good condition and was adequately packed. My only complaints are the initial delay before shipping and their unresponsiveness."

"I was looking for a flash reader and saw that Axiontech had it in stock. Placed the order on 7/31 and paid through Paypal. I received the Paypal receipt but nothing from Axiontech. More than a week later, when I realized that I had not received the package, I checked my order status and there was a "contact customer" flag on. I NEVER received an email or a phone call about this and I immediately fired off an email to them - never got a response. On 8/10 I called, I was pleased that the call was answered immediately, but the customer rep claims that they attempted to call me and send emails. I have caller id on my phone and there were no calls from them and I double checked my emails as well. Suffice it to say, they finally shipped my order today (8/10) and if there is any doubt about my email flagging the email as spam, I received their shipment notification email."
"We bought a DVR drive for a laptop. The order was processed and delivered quickly. HOWEVER, we discovered the information on the website was wrong. It was supposed to come in the retail package. It did not. WORSE STILL, it was Dead on Arrival. We contacted the manufacturer, and they said we should send it back to AXIONTECH.
AxionTech's phone number doesn't work any more, and their website is now off line. I think we've been ripped off, and I've initiated a dispute with the help of my credit card company over this purchase. My recommendation: Don't do business with AxionTech.com."

"I placed an order via the website in the late evening on 7/23, i was billed and it was packed withing an hour. the next morning at 6AM it was shown to be shipped already. i was like WOW these guys never sleep or what?!?! there was no tracking # given, so i was getting anxious, but sure enough 5PM 7/24 UPS delivered the package. Houston to San Antonio in 1 day i love it! the website needs improvement, but they have good prices, I will shop with them again."
