"I have looked at several internet sites for parts for my 1992 BMW. I found Auto Parts World to have the most complete and easily accessible inventory on the internet...AND they had the best prices! I went online on a Sunday afternoon and searched for and ordered six small parts for my car, and I was amazed to receive an email the NEXT morning that my parts had been shipped! It did take a full seven days for UPS to make the delivery, Monday to Monday, and the parts did travel clear across the country; Hartford, CT to Salem, OR. So when I order again, I'll probably pay a little more for some form of expidited shipping. Bottom line, I recommend Auto Parts World and will use them again. "

"The order was received in lightning fast time, however I was short one of the items I ordered and paid for. I called customer service and after holding about 15 minutes I finally got hold of someone. I was told the item (alternator belt) was on backorder and wouldn't be in for another 2 weeks. My vehicle requires 2 of these belts, and one did ship. I wish I could have been informed prior to ordering that my order could not be completed and I would have made other arrangements."

"I will deffinetly do business with them in the future.
I ordered air and cabin filters for all of our cars. My car accually needed two filter. Auto parts noticed that I only ordered one and automatically added the second one to the shipping.

"I ordered two items, and they were delivered quickly and accurately. The problem was that one of them: rear wiper blade for Subaru Forester 06 would not fin the original arm. The site says that the item is compatible.

When I tried to return (got RMA) I learned that the cost of shipping and restocking fees is higher that the cost of the wiper. So I am stuck with it even though it is not my fault. I sent an e-mail to the seller via the website asking if the return shipping would be reimbursed, but I did not get any response.

"I am very pleased with the great delivery of what I had ordered. Unfortunately, I was not aware, when I placed my order for the rear shocks, part of my order, that the actual shocks used are the ***-***-**** ADS Strut units. So, I am wondering what I can do about returning the two unused boxes of Bilstein 1707 shocks.

"I am currently not very satisfied with this order. UPS placed an exception on this package. I called UPS and they have notified me that this package was returned to Worldpac int. in Torrance, CA. I attempted to call their Service First Department to have them resend the package. To this date I have not been contacted. On July 14,2009 I E-Mailed Auto Parts World customer support, and to this date, I have not been contacted. This is just a shipping error, but no action is being taken. Please be very concerned. "I would recommend this supplier to others. This supplier has very good customer services (easy to contact them) and if you live in California, delivery usually take about two-three days. Their website is very easy to maneuver through and the prices are very competitive. If you need delivery within 2 to 3 days and prefer not to pay extra for shipping use this supplier (only if you live in CA)."
