I've spoken with Auto Parts World about the issue, sent an email. No response. I don't believe this is an experience I care to repeat."

"The part made it on time. It did fit in the location however the tanks on the sides restrict the replacement of the air box. I have attempted three times to get a response from customer service and tech support with questions about this situation and havent heard back once. I have to say that disappointment doesnt quite cover my feelings about the lack of attetion with this matter. I would not recommend this company.

"I found the parts I needed fast with the easy to use online ordering. The photos of the parts gave me the confidence to order online. Fast delivery of the parts, the cars repaired. I will use them again, its easy on me!"

"I ordered a fuel pump assembly for my van on the web site shipping next day air. When the pump arrived three days later it was for a pickup truck and not a van. I called and the customer srevice representive help me with ordering the right fuel pump and placed the order #(74212)over the phone and then sent me the info to return the incorrect pump (RMA#5975846). I returned the pump the couple of days later. They recieved the pump at the Newark CA. wherehouse on July 28th at 1:27 pm. They then sent it out a few days later to verify resale condition. I have been told by phone that the refund was approved. I have been waiting for the refund now for many weeks and no one will tell me by e-mail phone for sure when the money will be refunded.
A week later I recieved an e-mail stating that their computer system had charged me the incorrect price for the part and the order was canceled. I also recieved a phone message to call them about this and I did. I told the customer service rep. that I had the fuel pump replaced at repair shop as time was critical. He said that he submit a refund request.
I have e-mailed many different times requesting confirmation of these two refunds and have not gotten a response back that tells me the status.

They seem to careless about the customer when it's a refund due. They do however are very helpful when its a sale to process.

I would not buy anything from the web site and always call your order in as the web site has a few glitches. They also have some internal computer problems and punish the customer for their problems.

Over all I would not recomend This company as they are all about the sale and there is little help if there is a problem after the sale.

Instead go to Autopartswherehouse.com as they have better service.

I have finally recieved my refunds for these orders after three and a half months. I sent e-mails everyday for over a month without a response to two different e-mails until I finally got a response back. My wife told me to not give up on this until I recieve my money back and she was right. This company does not seem to care about it's customers after the sale. I would not do bussiness with this company if you may need to return anything or have any questions as they will not respond back to you and do not have friendly hours of phone service and hang up on you after you wait for them to pick up.

This is the worst company I have ever done bussiness with and would never use them again!!!"
