"I purchased 2 tailgate support lifts that were supposed to fit my van. They did not, they were too short. I have been trying to return them and each time, I am told something different. First customer service was not getting a response from manufacturer. Then they needed an authorization. Then manufacturer said it fits my van when I already explained it is shorter than the one on the van. Then I was told I’d get a refund for both items and to keep them. Then i received an email a couple days later asking what the problem is that I’m saying they dont fit. I have not received a refund and I still dont have the parts I need. This is the most complicated and ridiculous transaction I have ever made."

"Bought this windshield sun & heat screen for my 2013 toyota Camry. Sorry to say for now I have not opened the carton yet. This summer the inside of my toyota got so hot it damaged my overhead console compartment. Had to take to dealership to have a new overhead console installed. I have been keeping the Camry under my carport out of the hot sun for now. I intend to use the sun and heat shield next summer. This item is supposed to be an exact windshield fit made for my toyota model. I have confidence AUTO ANYTHING ' s product are the best as always."

"Original product sent said it fit a dually but it was a set of shank style lugs and 94-02 dodges take flat washer lugs on 3500. Customer service was good though and they got my set exchanged and difference refunded without too much hassle."

"I ordered seat covers for my new car, they arrived and I needed a different model number (this was my fault). I called once, talked to a person, they told me I had to email them pictures of what was incorrect about the model I ordered and then they would send me info for the exchange. I did. No response. I reply again. No response. I get a survey about if my inquiry was resolved. I submitted the survey and said no, my inquiry was not resolved. No response. I called again, finally got the exchange started. However, there is a $.13 difference, and I have to pay it. But! The system declined my card for that small of an amount so they had to charge me $.50. Ridiculous, but whatever. I mailed product back same day. Wait, and wait, and wait. Giving them time to receive the product and run the request. Nothing. I pull up the tracking, they had received my item more than a week before. Get on online chat- how's my exchange coming? "We haven't received your item." I send them the tracking number from the label that *they sent me*. "Ok, we received you item, but you owe us another $1.62" Even after the $.50 I've been charged? "yes". This is ridiculous, the price of the item is NOT actually different, but the discount/coupon available the different days I called was different. I just want my stupid seat covers and I know they aren't going to give me my full money back for a refund so I pay the stupid dollar. Finally get my correct seat covers. Will never shop here again. "
