"Auto Anything sent me the wrong floor mat for my trunk. When I called to facilitate an exchange, they said I needed to send them a photo of the incorrect item and the part number. I did so. The label for the item clearly says a different model than the model of my vehicle. They emailed me and stated they would reach out to the manufacturer to “investigate.” Of course this didn’t make sense to me b/c you can see from the part number that it doesn’t match the description of the item I ordered. This was in mid-September. It’s now nearly the end of October. I still don’t have the correct mat, even though I shipped the incorrect one back. I’ve called twice and emailed. They claim they are still researching the issue. They are an absolute joke, and their business practices are flirting w/ fraud. DO NOT SHOP THERE. "

"I purchased front leveling struts thru the chat option. The representative added what I needed to cart. When I recieved the products they sent 2 left sides. 1st contact about the issue was terrible, put on hold for 20mins so they could confirm with manufacture they sent 2 left sides. Manufacturer has nothing to do with itz they sent what you told them to send! Once the realized the screwed up they agreed to replace the wrong part they sent, but wouldn't do so till I returned and they inspected to male sure it wasn't used ( yes I installed 2 left struts). 2 weeks after they received the return back they still hadn't shipped out replacement. I had to contact them to find out that supposedly the right side strut is on back order. Didn't even have curtosey to contact me and tell me. I told th I didn't want to do business with them any longer. I have since returned the 2nd left strut and as of writing this I have not received a penny of my money back. Auto anything ****!"
