"You lost a customer today. Weathertech sells their floor liners for my vehicle for $239.85. You offer a price match guarantee. You sell the same liners for $265.35. You heavily advertise free shipping.

When I called, your policy was explained in greater detail. In fact, the shipping charges are built into your pricing because you will only match end of cart financing (after shipping).

I then noticed your advertisement that today only you were offering 15% off on any order over $150.

Then found out that you don’t do that with an extremely long list of manufacturers including Weathertech.

Then I was directed to call your service center because, “While we cannot advertise certain coupons or prices online, we may be able to provide deeper discounts over the phone.”

Then I found out that not on Weathertech.

So none of your advertised claims were even remotely true.

I will not be back.

"Read lots of negative reviews on this seller and was hesitant to buy. But they had the absolute best price on the item I wanted, so I took a chance. Everything went GREAT....question answered by PHONE (without any issues or customer service attitude), advice happily given on discounts, ordering, and delivery of my item. My Metro Vacuum Pro was shipped from another location (the manufacturer?) only 2 days after my order. I got what I wanted, at the price I wanted, and without delay.

I hate writing reviews, but they deserve a nice review after all the bashing. I would buy again from them!

"Well I was excited at the price and the ease of ordering from AAG. Then it all came to a halt when I received an email notifying that the order would be shipped 4 weeks out. WTH? If a company does not have the product, then do not sell it or show that this item is a back-ordered item. Had to cancel this order and go with a company that can ship it in 2 days. "

"I have never had a worst experience with an online vendor and the customer service person Diane J was actually nasty and goating me not professional at all. Although from reading other peoples experiences I suspect they have nasty conversations often with their clients. I ordered floor mats in the morning for a Christmas Present by the afternoon I received an email that stated the mats would be on back order til January. The email suggested that they would wait to hear from me no time frame even though I answered immediately to cancel. The email also stated that me credit card would not be charged what seemed simple has turned into a nightmare. The floor mats where shipped that evening after my cancellation Auto Accessories does not care that I canceled the order only that I ordered them at one time. When i received them I was told to ship them back at my expense and their would be a 15% restocking fee. Then ensued emails and phone calls, I pursued them they pursued me for the money only. While trying to follow up on not being charged the 15% restocking fee that forgot to call me back on I was finally told there was a credit to me and I needed to do nothing else. Very believable since their website states custom order floor mats are non refundable. I throw out the mats, which I no longer needed, I replaced those a long time ago when I was told they were on backorder. Then came the nasty emails that they would re charge my credit card because I did not send back the mats. "

"By far, the worse experience of my life working with this customer service team. The original tonneau cover ordered was cancelled and reordered within 3 hours for a less expensive model and they never reimbursed my credit card with the difference, Five days later all they kept saying was sorry and I do apologize for not applying the difference to your credit card. Then the tonneau cover arrive and has a broken clamp, I call to have it replaced and they want me to prove its broken by sending pictures before they will send out a new clamp. I only had the cover for 15 minutes and I have to prove that it is defective before they will help. Shop around I am sure you can do better and even if you can’t it’s all about trust and willing to work with customers. I called the Mfg. and they couldn’t believe they way it was handled and offered to send out a replacement clamp overnight to help me out. I chose to send the cover back because of the negativity that was conveyed to me about the original request for a replacement clamp and that and I would have to disassemble the cover to install the new clamp.

"WOW! I ordered some seat covers for an 11 year old Honda Pilot. I installed them and my experience was unbelievable. The quality was great and the fit was absolutely superb.

They told me that all were made to order and that it would be approximately 4 weeks before they would ship given the holiday period when I ordered them. They followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood and was O.K. with the led time. The order arrives as promised with follow up emails at every step!

Great company and an even better experience with the whole process! I strongly recommend this company and their products! Great Job Donna S.

"BE AWARE!! THEY SECRETLY STEAL YOUR REFUND.

I cancelled the order that I placed in August 28, 2014. However, they could not stop the order. So, I had to reject at delivery. On Sept 15, I received their email states "A $151.11 refund has been issued to your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal with any questions concerning your refund." I did not check my Paypal until Jan 2015 and realized they never refund the money. I called them. Initially, they insisted that they refunded and suggested me to call Paypal. When I asked them for the Paypal transaction number, they admitted that they did not refund and would do further investigation. Note: the tracking number showed that the order was returned and received by the shipper.

"Liked the free shipping
Disliked that the images provided were NOT vehicle specific
As a result the product received was unexpected and different from OEM
The rear mats were actually left AND right
The front driver side mat lacked OEM hold in place grommet
This was probably my own fault, but these mats did NOT have a rubber/latex backing
So essentially what I got was a die cut edge sewn mat (same as a door mat size carpet sample)

"Auto Accessories Garage did process and ship my order very fast.
I bought Husky floor mats that supposed to fit my Subaru Outback 2005.
I am disappointed with these mats. The fitting even after “light trimming” is very poor. The drivers mat doesn’t come with the hole to fit with the hook on the floor. The Universal Center Hump mat it's too big for this model. Even after trimming it DOES NOT fit. I wish I could return it but I already cut it.

"HORRIBLE!!! They had misleading product information on the site so I received the wrong item. Then they hassled me when I tried to return the item. Even the manager was rude and unhelpful. In the end they made me pay to return the item that was wrong!!! Don't buy from them ever!!!"

"Great service, free shipping, and online chat feature is a great idea to resolve any questions. My tonneau cover arrived when promised and was as easy to install as advertised. I timed it at 32 minutes by myself, that included reading instructions. Looks great, fits perfect! Thanks AAG!"
