Wrong Item

"I ordered a bug deflector for my Toyota Highlander. They sent me one for a GMC Yukon. I returned item, but they insist it should fit. It cost $79.95, they only refunded $33.17. I should have gotten all back due to the fact it was the wrong item due to their mistake. They wouldn't take time to verify the mistake on their end. This was their last reply; (The product that was returned is sent back to distributor, not Auto Accessories Garage. We are a drop shipment e-retailer. Orders are sent to authorized distributors and they fulfill them. When an incorrect item is received and returned, it is returned to the distributor. Your email comments have been forwarded to our Returns team for review. Please allow them 1 - 3 business days to respond.mistake.)

I waited 10 days, stated it was over 3 days and no response, still NOTHING!! NOT A HONEST BUSINESS!!

Custom floor mats

"I ordered these and got them within 2 days which I was pleasantly surprised that they cam so quick. They are a perfect fit. I will never buy anything else. I have already told my family and friends to never buy from a dealer that these can not be beat. I got the KAGU BLACK and they are just like the picture. I recommend these 100 percent. I chatted with a guy online first and he assured me they would fit perfectly and they do. They are so nice looking and feeling"

Product listed online as Made in USA, box says made in China

"Looked up running boards for my 17 Equinox using AAG website drill down. Opened a link to "installation instructions" and noticed instructions did not include my vehicle year. Before ordering I called AAG customer service, Madelaine was very helpful, she contacted the manufacturer then e-mailed me back to confirm that they would indeed fit. Reading AAG website further under "About Manufacturer" it states "Unique among manufacturers, every element of Steelcraft's Research & Development, as well as Manufacturing, is based in the United States." That and free shipping sealed the deal. Product box arrived in 3 business days but with "Made in China" emblazoned on it, as if the box itself wasn't enough of a clue. Getting past my initial disappointment I was actually pleased with the product. Some of the fasteners were a little cheesy and time will tell about durability. "

Complete RIP OFF! Avoid this company at all Cost

"I was sent the wrong item and they wanted to charge me $45 to return a $160 item. Their customer service is only nice before you make a purchase. After purchase they are rude and could care less why you are making a return. "

Horrible

"If I could give no star I would. HORRIBLE. Purchased a Generac GP17500E - 17,500 Watt Electric Start Portable Generator, Model: 5735 online. Before completing the purchase, called the 800 number for orders to ensure that this product was in stock. They confirmed stock and pushed the purchase button. I made follow up phone calls to check on shipping and they said it was being "prepped for shipment". The next day I made another follow up phone call and they delayed the receiving date as they "were going to do a batch shipment" Today was I notified that my purchase is now backordered, after being ensured that they had one in stock with my name on it, until the end of November. I live in Florida and the end of November does me no good to receive it after Hurricane Season. DON'T TRUST THEM IF THEY SAY YOUR PRODUCT IS IN STOCK, THAT MEANS NOTHING, BETTER YET, JUST DON'T ORDER FROM THESE COMPANY!"

FULL-HASSLE RETURNS!

""FULL-HASSLE RETURNS" First you must send back in and wait for them to decide if you are worthy of a return and refund and then there will be a 15% restocking fee as well a Shipping both ways deducted from the refund amount.

The banner on the site touts NO-HASSLE RETURNS, but the fine print hidden on a link in the bottom of the page NOT linked to the "NO-Hassle returns" statement make it very clear that it is a FULL-HASSLE RETURN.

Total Hassle Return

"Purchased a Maxliner D0030 Cargo liner for Camry and it did not fit. Although they said it no-hassle returns, autoaccessoriesgarage.com demanded me pictures and to pay for return shipping. Never buy from them again. Reviews will be posted on all other sites."

Great for the Ford CMAX!!

"I ordered these car mats (front and back) for my 2015 Ford CMAX in Tan and they are perfect!
They were so easy to install and they grip the carpet on the floor so well ! I love the coverage they provide and they contain all off the dirt and water that comes off my shoes. The color is a great match for the Tan shade of the CMAX. The value is excellent for the quality and the delivery was right on time. Make sure you use the coupon on these that is on the site. The service with this company has also been wonderful. I am very happy with my purchase.
