"I received a truck part for my Ram 1500 and it was damaged when I received it. After contacting customer service, I was told to discard it and a new 1 would be mailed out. It was cheaply made and I didn't want another 1 so I was told that I needed to wait until it was inspected by UPS/Other and then wait another 3 weeks to receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! You've been warned. "

"Thumbs down! Ordered 8 pcs early November; they charged my credit card for all of them but so far (after about 10 weeks) delivered only half of them. Last reply from customer service was Dec 8, said the rest would arrive within 7 days but didn't. Order Status & History still says "Order received, in warehouse for fulfillment." I guess this was a rip off or even worse."

"Do not buy from this site. Purchased Westin 21-23555 step bars for my 2014 Ram 1500 quad cab. According to autotrucktoys they should fit. Wrong! They don't fit because my truck is a Big Horn model. The autotrucktoys website doesn't allow for sub model selection. I have been trying for ten days to return the step bars because they said they would fit and they don't. Every time I call they tell me someone will call back with a call tag number. No one ever calls back. They just tell you want you want to hear and hope you go away. UPDATE: They actually issued a call tag, but only after being threatened with legal action. Now to see if I get a full refund once my return is received. Boycott this site and all sites associated with Revel Enterprises. "

"Ordered 2 parts from them. Then on the order tracking it says one piece discontinued (but the part is still listed on the web page). Paid with Paypal 39.85 on 3/21/12. The price with for shipping for the one piece shipped should be (as posted on the web page)5.95. They charged me 7.95. Now I'm trying to get my money back for the item they did not ship plus the over priced shipping. I have called at this point 3 times and still no refund. I would never buy from this scam place again.....BEWARE."

"I ordered some parts from auto truck toys and when I received the parts they did not fit my truck. I called and spoke to Scott and he was absolutely cruel to me. He wouldn't speak to me unless I had the box in front of me and then, even after I sent him pictures he argued with me. I felt like I was arguing with a child. I asked for the manager whose name was Melissa and although she had much better manners she continued to argue with me. All I wanted them to do was to pay for the shipping to return their incorrect product. I will never do business with them again. This is a horrible company that has no concept of customer service. I highly recommend you consider purchasing from somewhere else. "

"I ordered 2 ea Jeep Wrangler multi-function key chains from AutoTruckToys. My credit card was charged immediately and I received an e-mail confirmation of my order with an order #. Nearly three weeks later, the keychains still haven't arrived. When I logged on to check the tracking of this order, all I could get was that the order was sent to their warehouse for fulfillment and tracking of this order was unavailable.

I called customer service (in Tennessee) and inquired about my order. They thought that the order might be shipping by the 12th. No wait, maybe the 15th. When I asked them to be more precise, they began waffling about shipping dates. Don't worry though, when they do eventually ship, it'll only take 3-5 business days to get to me.

I finally cancelled since I could not get confirmation of the status of my order. The AutoTruckToys site presents like a scam; They are quick to charge your credit card but they fail delivering the product. Don't do business with these people. Run away.

I posted a review of my experience on their site but AutoTruckToys won't post it. They do not welcome customer feedback nor are they seemingly interested in providing a quality service to their customers. They are only interested in making a fast buck. Stay away from these people. There are better places out there.

I am still waiting for confirmation of AutoTruckToys refund of my credit card. I may have to instigate a billing dispute against AutoTruckToys as I have not yet received written confirmation of my order cancellation. Apparently, they can't properly handle this either."
