"I ordered mud flaps as a gift for my son. They sent the wrong ones. I called them about it, and sent pics of what they sent me and the ones that should have come. Despite my persistence, management wouldn’t even hear it and refuse to send me a return label to send back this incorrect item. Horrible customer service!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I would give a 0 stars if I could!!!"
"Ordered a roll and lock tonneau cover for 1200 dollars. When it arrived the cover was damaged. Before I even took it out of box I called the company and let them know. The girl told me to take pictures and e-mail then to prove it was damaged. I asked how long before I could get another one. She told me the return process would take THREE TO FOUR weeks. I told her it only took two days to get item why would it take that long to return. That’s our policy was her reply. I did return cover and it’s been almost a month so I called only to listen to one excuse after another about why I hadn’t got my credit back. Asked for manager but of coarse no one was available so left message on her answering machine but never heard back. Luckily I purchased through Amazon and after explaining the situation to a real customer service department I received my credit. Buyer beware if you deal with this company. If you have a problem with your order there is zero customer service. The associates are rude and uncaring and will do everything they can to make you go away without your money."
"According to the Amazon website the 200lb part we ordered would fit our vehicle. Once we received the part it did not fit, Amazon stated Auto Truck Toys would refund the shipping. After speaking with the rude customer service Sonia at Auto Truck Toys, they are not willing to assist in shipping cost even though the website stated the part would fit our vehicle. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company, I would not recommend using them to purchase parts."
"I ordered the covers when I received them the box was crushed and both covers were broken . Maybe if they packed them properly instead of just putting them in a box with no packing they might have survived the trip"

It was delivered to California but I stay in South Carolina. So I call them to see what going on. They said the vendor give them the wrong tracking number and my parts was discontinued and they was going to refund my money again. They tied my money up for about 3 weeks and still without parts."

from them telling me the color I ordered was not available. They

another customer service rep. I told the CS rep. I would order
the top in black, which was $65 more if they would sell it for the

free 2 day shipping for the same price as the Khaki top I originally

"After reading some reviews on Amazon.com I found out the drivers rear and passenger rear hangers need to be switched for the holes in the nerf bar to line-up.
The nerf bars are installed on my truck and look great! However, due to the customer service person's condescending attitude when I initially called regarding the front hanger not right for my truck I cannot fully recommend doing business with this company.
If you but these bars they have to have a retro-fit kit. The production date on my box was July 2015. I was told by Westin the problem was supposed to have been resolved after June. I am living proof the old hardware is still being included in some production dates."
