"I visited the St. Charles store #924 today & Ray fixed an ongoing problem that could have ended up a disaster that should have been fixed at the Washington/Florissant location after 3 trips there from the end of May until right before they closed apparently. I went in for routine oil change, 2 new tires, & a wheel alignment the last week of May. After I left my care never ran the same. After a week my car ran hot, lights came on, it rattled and smoked only to find out the Florissant tech didn't put the oil cap back on after the oil change, which could have locked up my engine, & he didn't do my alignment. I took my car back two more times in the next weeks & threatened to call corporate. The then manager gave me a card saying I could have 4 free oil changes. My car still didn't run right, it was ruff, vibrating, parked uneven, my tires shook & I was scared on the highway. I finally found out they closed the Florissant stores & took my care to the St. Charles location in which the manager Ray immediately got me in today, & was honest about what was and wasn't done. He was pleasant, patient, understanding, & fixed the problem even though his store didn't do the original work. He honored my receipt showing what was done and advised me he called corporate for me because I had "been had". I was lucky as my tire could have come off and caused and accident. He professionally checked behind all that should have been done and made sure before I left his store I felt safe to drive my care and was satisfied. He felt badly that I didn't get what I had paid for and when above and beyond to get my car serviced correctly. He was friendly and he didn't even have to do what he did, but there are some nice down to earth people still in this world. I am grateful as I was scare to drive my car to the St Charles store but I'm glad I did. I had never had such great professional customer service from a technician before and even under the pressure, number of customers he had to deal with on a Sunday he still remained calm, talked, laughed, & smiled with the customers. That's good customer service. "
