"Shockingly poor service and lack of integrity. Paid them for exhaust work which was never complete. For months they denied leaving leaks in their exhaust work until recently when I crawled under vehicle and felt the leaks myself. They then said there's no warranty and told us to go to a muffler shop to fix their shoddy work. When we tried to pick up the car it wouldn't start; they had run our batter down and left it dead. They also left grease all over the driver's seat, panel and door - just unreal. Promised to shuttle vehicle because of the inconvenience they caused and then refused, leaving us without a car and putting my wife and I in a very difficult position. They then hung up on us as an added measure of discourtesy. BEWARE - the worst shop we've encountered in St. Louis."

"I thought I had squeaky brakes and just needed new pads. WELL, after inspection, I needed new pads, rotors, calipers, fluid flush. Even though they gave me a break on price, it was a fortune that I did not need to be spending. BUT it HAD to be done. As it turns out, the follow told me fluid flushes MIGHT have helped to avoid all of this trouble. I wish I would have known. I am all for preventive care. OH WELL, it's fixed.
