"Parts ordered beginning of January. I live just outside the city limits of Brandon, Mb. Was not aware of UPS not delivering outside the city limits. When placing my order it requests my phone number. The phone number was not noted on the shipment box, therefore entire shipment returned to you the sender. After calling your help line, (person was very helpful) my parts were resent to me again. this time I stressed that they put my phone number on the package to avoid this happening again. I also called UPS to advise them that a package was coming from Autopartsway and gave them my phone number. The shipment arrived a few days later and UPS advised me that it was a good thing I had called and gave them my phone number as the packages did not have my phone number on them. PLEASE INCLUDE THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE PACKAGES!! "
"I purchased a radiator on Nov.1/21.Due to a catalog error the radiator I was sent wasn't correct.I was issued a return number,so I shipped it back.I have followed up several times and have been told the refund has been issued.This has been going on for weeks ,and they keep apologizing,but they won't actually refund me.It's now Jan.23/22.They won't speak to me on the phone.Many unanswered emails.Next week it will be 2 months since they received the radiator back.Their policy says up to 30 days to issue a refund and this is well beyond that date.They don't even follow their own policies.They don't do what they promise to.Don't buy anything from Autopartsway."

"Paid extra for overnight service and they used ups “standard” shipping. Spoke to ups and they had some weather issues but since the package was sent using standard service that it could take up to a week. Emailed customer service and they were going to speak with the warehouse and get back to me, that was a week ago… "

I was told the warehouse would be in contact within a day or two. 3 weeks later I still have not had communication from the company, they have no phone number to call, the chat service is always unavailable,and email messages go unreplied. Horrible service."
