"By and large you are great to deal with but the last shipment was a train wreck. I was given a date for arrival and booked in the car accordingly. "The part that I bought did not correct the problem that I was having with my vehicle and so I wanted to return it for a refund. The Customer Service people here communicated openly and abundantly. The refund was processed in a timely manner. I will use this site over and over when they have the parts that I need! Great people, AMAZING service!!
EDIT: That is the review that I gave before the refund had been processed. It seemed like I was on the right path and it seemed like they were reputable and were going to be honourable. I ended up fighting for over 2 weeks to get a refund and then that was less than the purchase, so the fight continues. Please be cautious when entering into a transaction with these guys. I hope that my situation is just an anomaly.
