"This is my first experience with this company and will be my last, I ordered "2" lower control arm ball joints and I only received "1". I tried reaching customer service and called 15 min before their closing time yet no-one picked up. I called several times the following day and even left a message and so far nothing. I will be contacting my credit card company and ship their "1" item back and ask them to retrieve their payment. This company truly sucks no wonder why they had a better price than the rest because they don't fulfill their orders."

"Chose three stars, based on the fact that one of the items I ordered had incorrect adapter parts in the package. Although this is not necessarily the fault of AutoPartsEXPRESS, I have yet to receive a reply to my correspondence to them regarding the issue, and, as a result, I currently have a wiper blade I cannot install on my vehicle until they can remedy the situation."
