"I ordered an air filter for my car. I wanted a Subaru genuine part . They sent the wrong filter it does not fit at all. They even had my vehicle vin number. Tried calling 3 different times each time was on hold for over 35 minutes. Finally wrote the website for returning the part and still have not heard anything. Got acknowledgement they received my return request. I first contacted a day after I received it .it is now 2 weeks later and nothing. Not going to advise anyone to use this parts service.
I will continue to wait since they have my money and I have the wrong part. "

Put my order in thinking it would be ready the same day since it was in stock, but never got confirmation via email. Will just drive up Friday to get it. Otherwise a smooth ordering process"

"I bought a remove form my 2005 outback and it was easy to find, but did not know I would need my vin for verification until the end of checkout. The website does not mention or offer info about programming and I attempted to call the number in the email confirm at two different times of the morning, no one answered. I found info in my car manual that I can program the new remote myself, so I will try it. I rec'd an email confirm of my order within 10 min and they mailed it out the next day. Still waiting to receive it."
