Last friday I called and spoke to Rene (forgive if misspelled) and told him of my sad tale of woe about trying to buy an Ibanez Darkstone White Guitar. I tried ordering this instrument from two of your competitors. One was out of stock and informed me two days later; and the other was out of stock and God knows when they were going to let me know. After 4 days I called them and spoke to what I can only refer to as a "not so bright individual". After some interesting conversation I told them to forget it. I then called your establishment. It was about 4:45 your time, on a friday. I know when quitting time comes at my business I want to get the hell out! Especially on a friday. But Rene was as nice as he could be. He understood my predicament and made sure that my new guitar was physically available for purchase. Which lead to an entire other mess when we tried to run the credit card through. I ended up having to call my bank TWICE and then call Rene back again and again. Finally we figured out the issue and the purchase was made. At this point it was going on 5:30ish.
