"I purchased an extra large rug. Yes, it did come folded due to the shipping constraints of freight transports. However, we laid it out and it did not take long for the folds to disappear. I did research and it is common practice when sending large rugs via freight. Whenever I emailed AuRugs, I received replies within 24 hours. I used the message chat on the website and that was also a good experience. The condition of the rug was of a high standard with no stitching issues or loose threads. The colour is lovely being of a vibrant blue and green. I purchased the rug on a Thursday of one week and received by the following Monday - how fantastic was that!!
