"I am totally rapt and quite relieved at both the quality of my new floor rug and the speed at which it came to me despite living in a very remote area of Western Australia. After I’d placed my order I looked at the AURugs reviews and was VERY sure that I’d made a mistake ….but not at all. "I live in Australia and ordered a beautiful Oval rung from AURugs.com. I read some reviews after ordering and had doubts about the quality and delivery, as there was no indication where the Company was based and some of the reviews were not good. Anyway, the rug arrived very quickly and is beautiful and soft. Fits the space perfectly and the colours are as advertised. I ordered the Blue Arcadia Oval Rug.

"I input my apartment number on the address section, but when I received the invoice I noticed they cut it off and just used the street number. I emailed customer service to ensure this was updated correctly but did not hear back. I also found the same rug in a US based store offering delivery to Australia and with $100 cheaper price, when using the chat box to ask if they price match, was advised only for AUS stores. I have received the tracking details already and have updated a note to driver that it could be left at the unit number, so fingers crossed it arrives at the right address next week. Other than that the range and quality seems to be good."
