"Bought a LG OLED65C9PUA TV at a great price during the pre-Super Bowl sales, but 6 weeks later told sorry it is out of stock and can't back order it. These guys have a horrible inventory system, don't communicate and can't deliver on their sales commitments. I would not waste your time and would not recommend buying anything from them. I ordered the TV on Jan. 30. On Feb. 4 they called supposedly to validate my credit card, but really to sell me upgraded shipping and a service plan. Said the order would process today and I would receive it in 5-9 days. Their web site says you can track you order status. On Feb. 11 I had received no word or status, so I checked their web site and it said Order not found. I called them and they said it is back ordered, but they should have more in 2 weeks. Tried to sell me the B9 model, one step down, but at a higher price than the sale price available on Jan. 30. Really! It is now Feb. 27, no word, the same order not found status on the web site. I see the same TV I ordered for sale on the web site, as in stock, but it is now $300 more. I call again and am told again these TVs are on back order, it would be 2-4 weeks, and they may not be able to get the TV any longer. I ask why it is still listed on your web site as in stock? The answer is that was a mistake. Are they really out of stock, or just want to sell this at a higher prices? I cancelled the order, they did refund my money, but what a waste of time and frustration. I ended up buying from Abe's of Maine, it was $200 more than the original cost from Audio Video Nation, but they promised FREE delivery in 2 weeks and everything went smooth! Others have written with a similar experience about Audio Video Nation. Don't be lured in by a low price to a company that can't deliver."

I placed an order for TV during Thanks Giving and still waiting for it. Whenever I call, they say they have over sold it and pay more or choose different TV or forcing me to cancel the order. Complained to BBB and no use. If you send about an inquiry about the TV, they reply saying it is available at higher price.

"The Yamaha receiver I ordered was shown in stock and was to arrive in 5 days but after 8 days and no communication I tried to call customer service. They are hard to get a hold of and slow to respond. They finally explained that the wholesaler didn't actually have the item and it was never sent. (Why they didn't let me know this is disappointing). They then called back and said they found a different supplier that had the item and the would offer priority shipping so I would have in a couple days. They sent me a UPS tracking number that a label had been created...but after 5 more days it never shipped and they never called or responded to my emails. They offered to reship the item a third time but I opted for a refund. They did refund my money and say they were sorry. I ordered from a trusted Amazon shipper and the item shipped same day. I will not order from them again."

I have been in the market for a new LG OLED for quite some time now. After much research and shopping around I came across Audiovideonation.com. They are not the cheapest price advertised for the tv I was trying to buy although they came out to be the least expensive real actual price. I've literally called 10 different companies and they somehow all end up trying to upsell you or switch models or versions of the tv. Bunch of bull if you ask me with a lot of other sellers but Audiovideonation was different.

They are an honest and upfront seller. You can actually buy something at there advertised price without expecting any bait and switch or any upsell tactics. They did offer me an extended in home tv warranty which I politely declined as my budget hit the max otherwise I probably would've took them up on the offer.

My tv arrived in working order and as per advertised 6 business days after the purchase was made. I will be shopping here from now on for my electronic equipment.

"I ordered a Samsung PNF608500 from audiovideonation and I am very happy! This was my first big ticket item purchased online so I was very hesitant and nervous. I read so many bad reviews of other online retailers I almost gave up buying online. I talked with their customer service dept quite a few times, and they were always pleasant and helpful. The delivery took a couple weeks, which is a bit long, but I live in SD outside of their normal delivery area, so special arrangements had to be made. Overall, I would recommend audiovideonation. They are not scammers and deliver what they sell. A bit of overselling of warranties and such, but nothing overbearing."

"Buyer beware. I placed an order for a camera with AVNation about a week ago. Everything went fine on the website. I then received a call from them asking if I wanted to change the order and if I realized what I had bought. I told them I had bought a D7100 camera (body only). They said that included literally the body only and that the battery and charger would be an extra $100!! I have never seen Nikon package a body without a charger/battery and asked them about that. They said that because they were authorized resellers, Nikon allowed them to break apart packages and sell off components. I would never even think to ask this. I guess I am glad they called to clarify which is why they are not getting one star, but this is low ball tactics if I've ever seen it. They did try to sell me a more expensive camera when I voiced my concern. They would not give me the battery/charger. I was very disappointed."
