"On 4/24/2014, I ordered a Samsung plasma PN64F8500 from Robert at AudioVideoNation.com. I never ordered a TV online before and was very hesitant in buying one online. After a long conversation with Robert and he assured me that everything will be OK, I placed the order. I opted to pay a bit extra for the white glove delivery after talking with Robert. On 5/1/2014, I got a call from AM Home Delivery that my TV is ready for delivery. On 5/2/2014, the TV was delivered to my house in a very nice van. The delivery guy and I carried the huge TV box to my basement. He put the TV base on and helped me put the TV on the stand. He and I then inspected for any signs of scratch/damage. After connecting the TV to the cable box and powered it up....the picture was stunning. The delivery guy left after I'm satisfied with the TV (about an hour from start to finish). Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with buying a TV from AudioVideoNation. They gave me a very good price and the service is excellent. Kudos to the salesperson, Robert for making my online purchase smooth and painless. Very highly recommended!"
