"There was no tracking email as promised , I waited for 2 weeks then sent them email, no answer
later on, I called once on the other day, called 2 times the other day after the first one, then I had to send them an email asking “is that how you treat customer ?”

then they immediately called me saying “we got missed call” , asked me what do I need ?
I told them I called and emailed a bunch of times, they said “ maybe your email went to the spam box”
So how did you call me right after I sent you that angry email ?

"The product was promised to be delivered in 48 hours after payment. The product was received 6 days after payment. Delivery was to be overnight FedEx from Ft.Worth to New Orleans. Then, forwarded overnight FedEx to Houston. Tracking number was received for FedEx. Then FedEx was cancelled...then later that day, a new Tracking number was received for UPS. Shipping was over promised. Under delivered. The product was well packed and received in great condition. But in the mean time, I was concerned that the txn was fraudulent. I googled Audi New Orleans to see if it was 'real'. I called the dealership to see if the parts person was actually employed there. I reviewed the reviews online. I was relieved to receive the product."
