"I did significant shopping around and found Audi New Orleans' selection and prices very good. The misstep was that the email communications from them indicated all four items I purchased were in the delivery though in fact one was missing. When I contacted them they said the missing item would be sent when they had it in stock. I think the emails they sent should have indicated one item was on back order, and it would have been a nice touch if their response apologized and acknowledged the shortcoming."
