"Bought and installed Windows 7 Professional to Windows 10 Professional upgrade. I know, I don't like change. Install went fine except I lost my HP LaserJet P1006 printer ( great printer for home office). HP site is horrible and they don't listen. Called ADS and they listen. Technical department tried to solve problem. It's didn't happened. Went outside and went back to ground zero. Microsoft site was easier to navigate then I thought after the HP site. Deinstalled printer drivers, reinstalled them. It prints. When you are in the swamp and the creatures are winning, I was glad ADS listened. It not always about solving the problem but getting the customer off the ledge. KUDOS guys.
