"I was having trouble starting the download of newly purchased software. Went to the chat room and they were able to get the download working using a remote connection. It was some setting on my end of a new computer with Windows 7 installed. Then with the connection to Microsoft, the installation failed twice. Someone was reading my mind as a rep from Atlantic called just after the last install fail. He had me connect back to Chat and I got a tech to connect remotely. They installed everything needed and did all the updates required remotely and much faster than I could of. The prices were fantastic and the tech support were rock stars. Will for sure come back and buy again."
