Yes, you generally have to buy a bundle and move quickly off of a tweet, but their method to online sales is extremely fair and gives the "real humans" an opportunity to buy these impossible to find electronics. I've managed to get an XBox Series X for both my brother and I, as well as my PS5 from them. They've always shipped extremely quickly, and I've never had a single issue with the product received. "Make sure you are 100% sure you are buying the things you want. Once you make a payment and decided that you no longer needed the item there is no going back. I found a much better deal on Best Buy, same item, so I tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes of the purchase, but the site gives this nonsense about you can't do it once the payment has been made and you'll have to go through their return system, which they will charge you for 15% of restock fee if unopened item, and 30% for opened item. They even included some digital copy of a product for me which I won't get refund for. And their justification for the restock fee is for shipping cost and labor works for the workers, which I would understand if the item has been ordered awhile ago and already shipped, but for my case it wasn't. I still returned my bundle because even with the restock fee and the shipping fee to return, I saved around $400 in total. So make 100% sure that you know that you are paying extra money, and only buy from them if you have no alternatives.
In case you are wondering, I bought 3080 bundle, which cost me around $1800 including tax. It was a bundle which other bundle items were useless to me, a monitor ($280), a keyboard ($100), a mouse ($30), PSU ($100), and an X-box-live 3 month subs ($40) . Restock fee should be around $270 and the return shipping costed around $120ish. I was able to get the same 3080 for $1000ish including tax. So $1800 - 1000 - 270 - 120 = $410 save. Even if I resell all the items on full prices and kept the 3080 alone, $1800 - a monitor ($280), a keyboard ($100), a mouse ($30), PSU ($100), and an X-box-live 3 month subs ($40) = $1250, which is not including all the fees I'll have to pay, such as ebay selling fees and shipping fee."
