"ordered an Intel i7-12700K from them, was shipped via ups. and as it was going to arrive, they delayed it and said "Shipper has put hold on Package". then they proceeded to change delivery address to a completely different address I have never seen before, so i call ups and had it corrected and was told it would be fixed on the next working day because Sunday they don't work, so Monday comes around they update the address and once again put the WRONG! address on the package so i called them again and they assured me the correct address was on the package, so I went to the shipping center that's near my house and spoke to someone in person and they verified that indeed the wrong address was on the package and they don't know why it was changed in the first place. got lucky and caught ups dropping my package off at the wrong the house and was able to get my package finally, I know this is out of the shipper's control but what a horrible experience."
