Don't buy from them!

"Recently received a Christmas gift from a friend who purchased in early December from them. I didn't care for the very expensive gift and because my friend bought it early in December they are now saying they will not take it back. They have a 30 day return policy buyers. STAY AWAY and the blanket could have been purchased at a local department store for 80% than they are charging. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE."

"I ordered a handcuff bracelet from AV years ago that was as pictured,heavy, and has held up - it still looks beautiful. I ordered a couple of bracelets for my daughters in 2017 and they looked pretty cheap - I never even gave them as gifts. So, hit or miss, but sorry they're going out of business."

Horrible quality

"I bought a diamond cross bracelet, and after only few weeks, it got dark, and days later it broke. I was so excited to have that bracelet that looked so pretty, and it was just a huge disappointment. Never buying from them anymore.
There’s no gold or diamond in that Piece.

Braille was incorrect and they would not give a replacement

"Over the last year I have purchased SEVERAL braille bracelets through the company. In June, I gave one of the bracelets to a colleague and the braille was incorrect!!!! Since it was the after the return date the company would not exchange it. My plan was to give them as end of the year gifts and therefore did not feel the need to open them prior to the time I was going to give them. On the phone I stated that even though I was past the date, it was a HUGE flaw in the braille and very unacceptable. I asked to talk to a manager and they said that they would call me --- it has been over 3 weeks and that is not acceptable."

"Purchased a blanket. Was nothing like I thought it was. Emailed to return item. Returned item per their instructions. Says 3 to 7 days after arriving they will issue credit. They received it on April 30th, this is now the May 20. Will not answer phones or emails now ....... TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!"

Do not buy. Ashley Bridget No Customer Service

"I ordered a bracelet 11 days ago thinking it would allow sufficient time to receive to give as a gift for a special occasion. After 8 days I emailed twice. Once to ****@**** and once to ****@****. I also called two phone numbers I found, ***-***-**** (from the Ashley Bridget website) and ***-***-**** (from the BBB website). The first number was not in service and the second number was for a different business. The bracelet was not received in time for the event and I still have not received a response to my emails. However, my account was debited as soon as I placed the order. The tracking number that was provided in the confirmation email does not provide updates and only shows the order is in process. Given the lack of customer service response and the long shipping time the Florida address could be a front address with the actual item being shipped from China. This is just my opinion. In hindsight I should have just gone to a local jewelry store the cost would have been the same. I do not recommend this company as they offer no customer service and long shipping time.

Dissatisfied

"I am extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a bracelet April 21st with my account charged . As of yesterday May 7th I still have not received my item, this was a gift for my daughters birthday May 8th. Today I receive an email showing me that this item is no longer available which left me in a complete bind to run out last minute shopping. If there had been some prior communication I may have felt better at this point all I have to say is negative comments.

"I ordered 3 diamond cross bracelets over a month in advance for graduation presents for this weekend! I have yet to receive them!! I have made outreach via email and NOTHING!! The only thing I have received is my bill from PayPal and a survey from Ashley Bridget on how I liked my order.. REALLY!?? My order hasn't even left for shipping according to their tracking system! VERY UPSETTING!! Going to call PayPal tomorrow and cancel this stupid order! KARMA"

Absolutely PATHETIC shopping experience...

"... and Ashley Bridget staff couldn't care less!! FIFTEEN days since I placed and paid for my ring (which was supposedly "in stock") and it has STILL not been shipped!!! I have called, and the call won't go through to their (fake?) customer service number, and I have emailed, and have not received any sort of response. At this point, I am simply going to contact my bank and have the credit card charge reversed, citing FRAUD (as this is EXACTLY what Ashley Bridget is doing to their customers). DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FAKES!! "

Do NOT order a product from here unless you have a long time to wait for the order

"I never write reviews, but I ordered a bracelet from this company on 4/12 for Mother's Day, and the website advertised that the product would be shipped within 3-5 days. It has now been almost a month, and I have emailed customer service and have been told it would be shipped each week I emailed, but it has still not shipped. I tried to call the customer service number but the call continuously failed. When I have heard from a representative through email, they have not been apologetic about the delay in shipping and was told they could not guarantee it would arrive by Mother's Day. I am extremely disappointed in how this has been handled and have considered canceling my order, if it is not shipped within the next week. The website did not indicate this item was backordered when I initially purchased it, so I am very frustrated that I may not receive this item by Mother's Day, even though I ordered it a month in advance. "

Awful!!

"I have had the worst customer service from you. I have emailed multiple times and finally get a response days later. I even messaged on facebook, but it took forever to get a response. They said I had to pay for shipping for returning an item that did not even fit/looked cheap. It cost so much money and I have to pay for initial shipping and return shipping? That is crazy! Please do not waste your money!! "
