"I purchased a bracelet for a friend for Christmas. Her husband is a police officer and thought it would be great to give her handcuff bracelet from Ashley Bridget. Needless to say, the bracelet was only worn a couple times and the hand cuff would not latch an longer. I got no response from Ashley Bridget after contacting them 3 times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Since it was not with 30 days of the purchase they would not replace the bracelet. I'm going to take it to my jeweler and see if he can dip it. I would throw the bracelet away but my son got it for me so there is sentimental value. I would think twice before purchasing anything."

" I had to submit a claim to PayPal for a refund, AFTER 3 emails requesting one ,on order that couldn’t not be sent due to damage to their container..
The 4th email from them stated they put me on their waiting list so they could ship item in Jan..
Filed compliant with BBB too. Just wanted refund so I could move on... Should not have to beg for refund..
Wish I had seen this before ordering from them.. Hard lesson learned..

"Basically, I had a horrible experience purchasing a bracelet through Ashley Bridget.
I had concerns if their bracelets would fit. Customer service was very rude when I called and asked for a measurement on a bracelet.
I ignored their rudeness and purchased the bracelet anyways believing the measurement information that I was given. I received the bracelet and surprise, it is too small. The measurements that they gave me (and still give out) of 8 1/4" in length were and are wrong. The bracelet actually measures 7 5/8" (which is a big difference for a bracelet). I called and tried to get a refund but custom service said I waited too long to contact them. Note: There is no "refund by" dates on any of the paperwork that is included in purchase.
Besides the bracelet is very thin and seems cheaply made. I do not recommend Ashley Bridget. "
"Ordered weighted blankets back in October, with expected delivery Nov 3rd. Today is December 21 and still no blankets. Was given the run around several times regarding when I would actually receive my blankets and was finally told they are out of stock and I could exchange the 25 & 15 pound blankets for much cheaper 10 pound blankets. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was treated very rudely. Finally ended asking for a refund as I suspect this company is a scam at worst or a bait and switch artist at best. Do not do business with this company. Beware"

"I ordered the weighted blanket and immediately received an email thanking me for my order and informing me I would receive another email when my blanket was shipped. I have not heard from this company, nor have they responded to my 2 emails. I have tried calling the phone number that was in the email, but every time, it rings once and then I am disconnected. In the meantime, my credit card has been charged.
Not sure what else to do at this point except to warn others not to order from this company. It's pretty lousy that they don't respond to correspondence after I paid a pretty penny for their blanket. A blanket, I might add, I actually researched and chose out of all the other available on the market for weighted blankets!
