"Ordered 2 identical digital watches (different color), one did not even charged. As I called (via chat) to return the product, I was instructed to send an email to customer service along with... A VIDEO!! showing the problem. First, it shows complete disregard and lack of trust in a (repeat) customer (of many years who had never returned a purchase before). Second, beyond the fact that Ashford does not take the time to inspect and test a product before shipment, the burden is put all on customer's shoulders to do extra work and convinced Ashford of their poor processes (and product quality, in this case). Third, the poor agent I chatted with, is completely un-empowered to find a better solution, in light of the mess the company created, especially for a loyal customer; he could not "save the day" for Ashford and me. As a result, I am now returning both watches and will seriously consider changing vendors for the watches and sunglasses i regularly shop for, for my personal use; beyond this, I will certainly warn anybody of this horrible experience, which comes from a standing/formal process at Ashford, producing a dismal customer experience, (in a LUXURY market!!)"
