"I was sent a defective product. The second AND minute hands on the chronograph were not at the correct reset position. When following their instructions to fix it, nothing happened. When finding my own instructions, I was able to change just the second hand, the minute hand is unfixable. They insisted the product was not defective regardless how many emails and videos I sent them. They made me pay for shipping in both directions. "
