"I purchased this sofa back in April, within 4 weeks the sofa frame started growing black mold. I am an interior designer and purchase quite frequently and reached out to our sales/trade with their recommendations. NO ONE responded. It had rained probably 4-5 times that month and it did not say in the care instructions to bring the cushions every time it rained. Since that happened I treated the frame with bleach, but the frame is stained. I have also been bringing the cushions in when it rains and making sure they are dry before putting back out. The mold has started growing AGAIN! I understand Article cannot control all the environmental factors however this seems like a real issue if mold was growing so quickly on their products.
They left a comment saying they would reach out, I have yet to hear from them. Beyond disappointed with their product, I will not be specifying again. I also noticed my review never made it to their website."

However, once we process the refund it can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your personal statement due to the processing time on your account.
