"Ordered a Jacket from them in early November for someone for Christmas, as their website says under the shipping tab "Most Orders Will Normally Ship 3 To 7 Business Days Via economy shipping." I emailed them on 12/2 after it had been in "processing" mode since the day after I ordered it and was told they should be shipping it within a week. I waited until 12/15 and reemailed them and was ignored from there on out. Called on the 20th was told it was a warehouse issue and it should be out the following week.. Called again on the 29th after the website hadn't updated and was told they didn't have an estimated time frame and they were just now sending out orders from 6 months ago and to be patient. I told them if they didn't have an update the next week i wanted a refund. Magically it was sent out on 1/3 and got it on the 5th.
Shady dealing with this company, fast to change order to processing to avoid cancelation but not fast at getting you your orders."

I explained I had the item couriered automatically to Europe and for me to exchange the jacket it would cost me a further $60. They have had the manufacturer send me the new jacket, the right one, to me for no extra pay, just the third-party shipping service I use. They said I could keep the jacket I was originally sent! "

"F*** you and your shipping/return policy!

I bought a Condor Combat shirt in size medium and it did not fit, I needed a large instead. I needed to to return the item and I requested since I immediately purchased 2 Condor shirts from them when I found out that the medium did not fit to please send a prepaid shipping label to help with my costs on sending the medium back. They refused to send me a label saying this was their "policy", and they like that policy.

When I asked further about returning my item they informed me that I also would not be refunded my shipping money that I paid for on the original item that was the medium shirt. The shipping was $7.99. The bill from Army Navy for that shirt was a straight $39.00, the shipping and the original item cost were NOT separate. However, due to their "policy" I will only be receiving a credit for $31.00, not $39.00. So, like my title says; F*** you and your shipping/return policy Army Navy. I lost $15 dollars in shipping even though I tried to work with them to help out the burden on the costs for both our sides. All the rude customer service lady had to say was, "should have read our "policy". In my opinion that's a great way to quickly put yourself out of business, because I know after those two large Condor shirts I will NOT be ordering from you again. EVER!!! "
