"I tried several times to find my order and nothing happened. Did not work. I tried calling the company and the they hung up. I e-mailed them a note about shipping. Nothing yet. I would guess spending several hundred dollars they would get your order out or respond to you ? Are they legit ? "

"Placed an order for an in stock item online 9/12. They took my money from my bank on 9/14. I called 9/15 and they said it would ship on Monday, 9/17. No email rec'd confirming shipment so I called. Guess what? During their so called business hours neither the 877 OR the 718 numbers will go thru. Called at midnight 9/17 thinking there had been an outage and got a recording of their business hrs. So, I figured their phones had been out. Called 9/18....phones still will not get thru. 877 gets a Verizon recording to check the number. I did it was correct,dialed again and got same recording and the 718 number rings busy...Wonder what my 99.85 is being used for and where are my work shoes? Can't even reach them to cancel to get $ back!!!!!! HELP "

"Ordered two items on 6/18/12. One item took four weeks to get. Other one took five weeks. Heard nothing from Army Navy for two weeks after order was placed. They charged my charge card on 7/3. Didn't get the first item till 7/16. Their customer service is a joke. Attempted to send messages through their website's message system and system refused my messages, stating that they were spam messages. Finally had to send messages to their sales and order dept. emails just to get an answer. One positive throughout the entire ordeal is...I received the correct items, in correct sizes and colors. However, I will not order from this company again. As has been pointed out in a majority of the other reviews of this company, customer service is NOT one of their priorities. Should be number 1."

I would like to alert everybody about my nightmare experience with this online merchant.
I was having difficulty locating a particular work shoe that I have worn out many pairs over the last 15 years.
Sears no longer carried them in my size so I goggled the part number in the tough and came up this ArmyNavyUSA.com and order them from their web sit without checking reviews.
I received the wrong shoes (different number) and received authorization to return them.
They said that if this wrong order was their fault they would pay shipping.
They didn't honor this and won't return calls or email and charge me shipping for both ways.
I paid $15 at the post office to ship them back and they credited my card less $13.95 for shipping them out to me in the first place.I had to go to my credit card CO. to stop payment even to get this much compensation!
So it cost me $28.95 for dealing with these people and no chance to do a review at their web site, so I'm doing it here.

"I bought an N3B parka. The buttons need more sewing to hold them on securely. I bought a similar parka 40 years ago and loved it. It was stolen from my duffel bag at Fort Dix New Jersey This parka isn't as warm as my old one but it is better than any other parka that have bought over the years. That includes two $300 dollar down parkas. I recommend the Alpha Knox Armory Parka highly. Best to shop around. Amazon.com has them for about $11 less."

"Very poor customer service. Placed my order one month ago and called to check the status and was told that I would receive a call back. I still haven't received a call and the customer service line is constantly busy. I need my item by next week for work and may end up having to purchase another one from somewhere else. "I found what I was looking for easily. I place the order on 2-13-2011. After a week I clicked the link in the mail to submit an inquiry about the order status. I have not received a response (3-3-2011). When calling the phone number on the web site I got an answering service which requests to leave a message however after playing the greeting twice it disconnects the call.
Fortunately it appears they have not charged my Credit card yet. However I have not found a way to cancel the order. I would like this order canceled and I am watching my credit card charges. I will dispute the charge if it appears on my statement.
After reviewing everything again I discovered this is a New York company. I have yet to receive anything ordered from any company based in New York or where the shipping company went through New York. "

"Horrible customer service, horrible site. I ordered a pair of boots on January 28th. It's now February 27th and I have yet to receive my order. After placing the order, paying, and finalizing everything, I received a phone call informing me that the product was out of stock and there was no estimated date of arrival of the product back in the warehouse. No where on the product's page did it say "out of stock," and not once during the ordering process was I informed of this helpful little bit of info. ONLY AFTER I payed did they tell me it was out. They had run out and just recieved it in the warehouse said they would ship it out that day - 2 day shipping at their cost. I recieved it Christmas eve as promised.
